What Bonus?? Not cheaper than the National Lottery

I have tried this site. Bombarded daily with emails for bonuses and prizes. I would put in the code, it was accepted, but not once did I receive the bonus.
It is not cheaper than the National Lottery as they encourage you to gamble with a lot more money than you would by emails suckering you in with promises of bonuses and prizes.
Would not recommend, as if you are not careful, you could get into serious financial difficulty using this site.
I am surprised it is allowed to carry on like this by the gaming commission.

Encouraging excess gambling

After buying tickets for this lottery, over many months, without ever getting more than one number correct, I decided to give up. However, contrary to government guidelines, which try to discourage people from gambling more than they can afford, I am now receiving 10 -12 e-mails per. week, telling me of the wonderful prizes on offer, and encouraging me to gamble on a daily basis. Multiple complaints to this company, and requests to close my account, have just fallen on deaf ears

Unhealthy Lotto.

Uncontactable. Plus charged for a phone call that was ONLY on hold. Age not verified and I'm 57. Waste of time and money.

Underage at 65

Today I set up a Health Lottery account but it wouldn't accept my Visa card as I had no code and then told me I was underage. Won't bother again

Unable to leave zero stars

I received the bonus amount of £4.00, when I went to use it I couldn't as I hadn't added anymore money to my wallet. I thought it might be a glitch and decided to leave it until the next day. The bonus amount had vanished. I wrote it off to experience.

I played again this week, received the bonus but it was an odd amount £2.40 so I added £1.60 to my wallet to make up to the £4.00. Wanted to play the next day. My bonus had vanished again!
I checked and it was before the expiry date.

Now the fun part, I emailed customer services and politely explained both the above. Received a curt reply saying read T&C's as the bonus must be used by ...
Erm I had and I was within the date range. They did not even acknowledge the issue of not being able to play the original bonus amount. Annoyed I emailed back saying I was appalled by the response and I was going to close my account.
Went to withdraw my £1.60 (on principal), it said it was below the minimum withdrawal amount. What?

Emailed again, another curt reply saying I could withdraw the full amount. No response to any of my other queries/requests have been met.

Really annoyed now! Still can't withdraw my 160 pennies. Another email sent. I will be making a formal complaint and contacting the regulating authority because I am so annoyed with their disgusting customer service.

I may be one to complain when I receive poor service but I am also quick to compliment formally when I receive excellent service.
All I ask for is people to do their job in a polite, knowledgeable and professional manner. Am I wrong in expecting that? :-/

My advice, give the health lottery a wide berth.

Extremely poor Customer relations, they don't care and it shows!

I got an e mail from Health Lottery saying that if I spent over £4 I would receive a 50% bonus, all I had to do was enter a promo code and all would be well. Ha! Tried to find the place to enter the promo code for over half an hour, as the e mail said do not pay for the tickets until the bonus shows. Did not show or tell you where to enter this, and I tried everything without success.
Got so frustrated tried to phone them (at 7p a minute) and had one of those annoying automated women's voices that says 'Why not use out website'!!! Then telling me how much they valued my custom.
Finally after 12 minutes...I got cut off.
Sent an e mail explaining what had happened and asking for guidance as I had a bad experience with their website, and got a mechanical reply, telling me to go to the top right hand, blah, blah and follow the instructions. This I did, and it still would not show that I had a bonus 50% No apology, no sorry you found it difficult, just the instructions and if you have a problem ring us. (Really?) I tried again and when I rang back the office was closed. Useless
Gave up and have emptied my account. Rotten service . Won't be bothering again.

No luck at all.

I've been doing the Health Lottery on and off since it started. I kept a record what I spent and it was over £60 doing Quick Picks and picking my own numbers and I have never won a penny. The most numbers I ever got was two so I couldn't ever win a tenner. I'm not blaming the Health Lottery, but I have now giving up and to save my money.

Great pod for all the news

This website is not the actual official health lottery but I've found their news to be spot on and the results to be published far quicker than the official body
