Everything went fine. My problem came when I found out I just needed to call the clinic directly and it would have cost less than half the cost that you charged.
It is very hard to get a hold of anyone by phone if you have questions. It would be helpful if there were more information on the website about when someone actually comes in for their test.
Hold times on the phone are extensive.

We scheduled an appointment for a DOT medical examination and paid a fee that was three times the standard rate. Upon arrival, the medical facility informed us that no appointment had been scheduled. When we requested a refund, we were advised that our driver “did not know what he was doing,” which we found both inaccurate and unprofessional.
We expect a full refund and clarification regarding how this error occurred.

There was significant difficulty completing the background check process, specifically with uploading a photo. I question why a photo upload is required when you already have a copy of a valid driver’s license.
Obtaining technical support was not easy, and the purported tech support did not stay with the applicant to ensure the process was completed.
The report itself was very verbose, and the format was tedious to read. I did not need six pages of possible background names (twice). It would have been helpful to provide a concise summary at the beginning of the report.
The table indicating areas of concern is not clearly structured. Additionally, one of my applicants had several offenses, and it would have been very helpful to have a clear summary of those items. It was also unclear which offenses were cleared and which were not.
The applicant informed me that he still owed outstanding court costs and fines, but your background check did not disclose this important information.
Overall, I believe I could have found out as much as Health Street simply by searching public records online. There was nothing distinctive about the report that justified the $200 cost. Based on this experience, I do not believe this service represents a worthwhile investment.

Jennifer's customer service was impeccable. Your website as several options which is a good thing; however, when a newbie enters your website and doesn't understand it, I found it easy to make a mistake when booking one or more of the options. A phone call helped me versus booking on the website. I paid twice to have a drug and alcohol testing done.

I am a recruiter out of PA and needed to facilitate a pre employment physical and drug test for a resident of TX. Health Street made this an incredibly seamless process. The site was easy to use and our candidate had no issues upon arrival. Quite frankly it was easier than our normal local process.

it wasn't so much Health Street's fault, but it took 12 total days to get the results from our last DOT collection. Not sure who's lab they used but this turn around was to excessive in time results.

The portal was very easy to use and updates were constantly being emailed as to statuses of drug screens.

I had an appointment. Met by employee who was polite, and efficient. Completed testing in less than 10 minutes. I would recommend this testing site to others.
