I loved Paul's hands on consultation, working within a budget and yet achieving all the goals I was looking for in attending a health resort. His suggestion of Absolute Sanctuary in Koh Samui was divine, fantastic location, wonderful, kind and expert staff, delicious food. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and kind, the organisation and planning of my holiday was very easy and tailored to all of my needs and preferences. I could not be happier

I am using Health and Fitness Travel since nearly 15years, and they always find for me the perfect holidays that suit me whatever going on at the time in my life. My last experience a Tia in Da Nang in Vietnam was amazing, and delivered exactly what I needed deep relaxation, re-setting of my eating habits, and re-initiating myself to Yoga, i can back looking as myself as well as been back myself.

Health and Fitness Travel really go the extra mile to assist and tailor make your holiday. They are attentive and hugely supportive from start to finish and beyond.

Briliant Preidlhof resort, it is beautiful and very well equipped spa and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is so much to do and explore not only within the hotel but outside too like hiking the beautiful natural surroundings and biking too. You can just chilling out or not. It was all faultlessly organized by Health and Fitness Travel.

I cannot recommend H&FT more highly. They really listened to our requirements and took the time to find us the perfect resort - the tranquil and super relaxing Longevity Hotel in Alvor Portugal. The spa surpassed all expectations and the treatments were exceptional. A real gem of a place which ticked all our boxes. Thank you H&FT!

I've booked several trips through Health and Fitness Travel over the years and each one has been excellent. I trust the destinations and programs they advertise because every experience has lived up to my expectations.

This most recent trip to SHA Wellness Clinic Mexico was no different which was truly an experience from start to finish. The booking process was so straightforward, and having a dedicated point of contact through Matt made it easy to ask questions and get quick support. I raised a query on the original quote, and they proactively managed communication with the hotel, resolving it smoothly without any back and forth needed on my end.

I also appreciate the added value offered as a Health and Fitness Travel customer. From initial comms through to booking, you are truly made to feel it’s not just a holiday, it’s something more thoughtful and tailored.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a stress-free way to book a wellness-focused trip.

The holiday was well planned and organised at short notice by Laura at Health and Fitness Travel.
The recommended hotel met all my needs and the programme of exercise and treatment well coordinated.
The hotel was clean and reception staff helpful. Super room with a fantastic view.
The gym, therapy and fitness team were all motivated and enthusiastic. I had Yoga, Pilates and PT 1;1 sessions which were all amazing. My only very minor negative comments are that I had to wait for my room when I arrived at 1.30pm and the hotel didn't appear to be full. The coffee in the room was topped up daily but not the milk for which was replenished when asked.

Exquisite service, fabulous facilities, friendly and competent treatment staff and sports trainers combined with an impeccable organisation for my return visit to Pine Cliffs Resorts. Could not be faulted. Even the weather played ball. I’ll be back for sure. Highly recommended.

This is the second year that I've booked a yoga retreat through Health and Fitness Travel. Great holiday with minimum of effort on my part to book! Laura is really helpful and responsive to any enquiries. I'll definitely use the company again.

I just wanted to write a quick review because the customer service I received from Thiago over the phone was brilliant. Although we haven’t booked anything just yet, Thiago really helped us out with recommendations and travel tips. He was very helpful and I felt as though he went above and beyond.

Health and Fitness Travel (Laura) were incredibly helpful in helping me find and tailor a package to stay at The Retreat Wellness Resort & Spa in Costa Rica.
I have always had a fantastic experience booking with them and would highly recommend using them. They curate a great list of wellness options.

The Retreat was a pocket of heaven high up in the hills outside of San José. The transport from the airport (~40 mins) was organised by the hotel and super easy.
My room was spotless and private with a little terrace to enjoy the incredible views over the hills and Pacific Ocean in the distance.
The food was delicious and fresh (mostly all from their garden at the resort). And the spa was excellent which a huge range of available treatments. They look after you very well. With less than 20 rooms, everything is very personalised.

It never felt crowded (e.g. by the pool areas) so such a relaxing stay. Daily yoga and opportunity to self-discover on a nature walk (although a map could have helped here). Got to see Toucans, monkeys and lots of birds/ butterflies within the bounds of the resort.

I took advantage of a couple of their excursions by their private tour guide/ concierge. A little pricier than if you booked with a group tour but so convenient in terms of setting off straight from the hotel and all food covered. The guide was really knowledgeable and shared a lot about local culture as well as nature insights.

There were a number of other solo travellers.

They are expanding (it didn’t disrupt in any shape or form during my stay) with more rooms and facilities so it will be interesting to see how it evolves. They have a great ethos and service focus so I’m sure it will retain the small exclusive retreat vibe despite this. If anyone is looking to visit to Costa Rica, for the chance to sample a bit of this amazing country, with a bit of luxury and relaxation added to the experience, I can’t recommend The Retreat highly enough.

We had an extremely great experience booking our holiday accommodation with Health and Fitness Travel, Laura was always available and provided quotes quickly which enabled us to travel in the time period we requested. Everything went as planned hotel transfer, room request. We will definitely be using Health and Fitness travel again.

This resort is incredible, I have been 5 times now as I always know it’s going to be fabulous. Whatever you like in terms of Beach or Body, this resort has everything. The place is not only picturesque but super clean and the staff are so attentive. The food is gorgeous and healthy and I love the afternoon teas too.
The owners are wonderful people and maintain this place to be super comfortable, friendly and welcoming

Laura Burden at Health & Fitness Travel has excelled this year by introducing us to Kamalaya Wellness Retreat.
Having shortlisted a few places ourselves we returned to Laura for advice and our attention was turned to Kamalaya and before we knew it in a smooth and painless process, dates were fixed, flights were booked and the holiday was set.
Kamalaya was amazing, the staff were welcoming, professional and tailored the stay to our needs.

Laura and the team were so kind from the get go, and suggested a trip exactly as I hoped, at very short notice (only two weeks or so before travelling), which included my favorite sport, a beautiful hotel and great pick-up and drop-off at the airport already planned. Laura was very easy to reach, and always helpful when I asked questions. I was particularly pleased that she was able to sort out some changes to my tennis classes when I arrived in Portugal, once again at short notice. The resort (Pine Cliffs in Portugal) was beautiful and the tennis coaches were brilliant. Overall would really recommend booking with Health and Fitness!
