I gave it four months on the health & her menopause supplements but the night sweats actually got worse if anything and pain levels worse so that was a waste of money. Drinking sage tea did more for the night sweats than they ever did and a hell of a lot cheaper.

Took it for three days. Had headache each day after having it. Customer service said it could be ginseng. But they won't give refund. Found that quite poor service. But they were good for general advice. Spent time telling me which other things may help and suggested other brands too which was very helpful. I do wish they would refund the one I bought however that would be good service. As lot of other companies like cytoplan and wild nutrition do give refunds even if it's opened and if you find it doesn't suit you. I didn't have any health issue that would cause headaches. As well as my benign goitre which was not an issue for the ingredients in their supplement. I would not recommend the item for this reason as it will be expensive if it doesn't suit you as you would need to bin it.

Thus far the supplements are worth the money. However, I didn't realize it was being shipped from the UK - outside of the shipping time, I got my money's worth

So glad I decided to start her health perimenopause, helped me so much anxiety gone, hot flushes gone, detached lost feeling gone.
I started them 22nd April 2024 then I changed to her health Mind in September and took for a month because brain fog and concentration was all over the place.
Within 1 week I noticed the difference.
They finished and I bought Perimenopause by mistake, ive taken for a few days but it seems I need to go back on Mind.
Read ingredients and I think its the amount of Red clover that’s making in the difference. So I will go and buy Mind again today.
Has anyone had similar experience or know if swapping is ok to do?

I have been on the perimenopause tablets less than a week and they are working amazing already. The sheer exhaustion I used to feel every afternoon is gone , and so are the night sweats ! Can't believe how quick this has worked for me. I've told my friends to start them ! People need to know ! 😃

Took a few days to arrive, that’s ok, but when they did ( and the order was for 3 bottles ie 3months worth ) they all had best before Sept 2024 on them. I was sent 3 bottle of supplements that run out this month.
Not really impressed. The website made no mention of this when I ordered 3 months worth in one order. I did not know they would
Have such short date on them though I will still use them.

First order of my subscription arrived in timely matter. Second month of subscription started on September 2nd pulled from my account it is still unfilled status. 8days later. Product works on my hot flashes and sleep has been great will rewrite if this is just a one time delay. But as of now out of product and thinking I need to try another company.

I dislike how long the product takes to get. I placed an order on 8/15 and it hasn't even shipped yet.

The product arrived quickly. I have noticed improvement in my sleep, but I am not sure of any other benefits. I am still taking them because I want to give it time.
It was packaged beautifully and it has no weird smell or taste.

The product is good I can tell the difference what I didn’t like was receiving a BBE Date of the same month I received my product I should have been able to receive a longer shelf life

I could not recommend this product and the app enough. I was feeling bloated, emotional, aching joints, painful lumps in my finger joints and more and they all went away after a couple of months. I feeling normal again and very happy. You can log everything on the app, which is really useful.

Great product and caring customer service. I have been taking some of their products and definitely have been making a positive change in my everyday life. Absolutely amazing! Helen is so knowledgeable about all kinds of issues not just menopause. I have struggled with digestive health for over 7 years which has also caused vomiting daily and sometimes up to 4 times a day. Whilst the diagnostic tests were essential for ruling out any health problems, they did not solve the problems I was having with my digestive health. I have also been bloated and by the end of the day can be compared to a pregnant lady of about 6 months. I have even had comments about it which is mortifying. Helen has advised supplements which have stopped the vomiting almost immediately. I am shocked. I had no idea about these supplements, had never even heard of them. Helen is lovely, non-judgemental, helpful, friendly, and if you are willing to give things a go then she is the person to speak to. If you don’t make a change then no change will happen! She is now helping me on the next step of my journey and I am excited to see the difference this will make.

Great communication throughout subscription process. Have a monthly subscription for perimenopausal vitamins and can't recommend Health and Her enough.
