Having tried other HR software I have to say that I think Healthbox HR is the best on the market. It has combined HR, Payroll and Timekeeping in one place saving me so much time and the business a lot of money.

The support and training we have received is the best I have ever experienced in a 34 year career and I have been party to many software changes during those years. Emma And Graeme are so helpful and patient and I can't thank them enough for all the support I have received during our software change over.
I highly, highly recommend this product and the company.

Since implementing HealthboxHR, we have been thoroughly impressed by the platform's dependability and the outstanding service levels provided by the team, it has been a real game changer for our company, and we have found the platform to be exceptionally reliable with no outage time.
There are always new updates and fixes being applied to enhance the platform and any suggestion presented is always reviewed for its viability and even in our short time with HB HR they have implemented some of our suggestions.

We have a dedicated account manager who is proactive and timely in approach. The service levels provided by the team both from support and our account manager is exceptional. It has been a seamless experience for both the HR Team and our colleagues, with some fantastic feedback from our colleagues at how easy it is to use and that they now have transparency to their personal information.

We launched HBHR to our employees a few month ago and have had a great response to our new platform, not all modules are live yet and I think the phasing of modules is a great feature of HBHR. Support has been incredible and as an SME with limited man hours this has been invaluable. The team are always responsive, even after the third email of the day. Looking forward to developing the platform more over the coming months.

We have been using HBHR for around 6 months now and its helped to streamline our processes and manage some of the more mundane HR tasks more efficiently. The Client Experience person we have is amazing and clearly very knowledgeable about the system and how it works.

We've been using HealthboxHR for a while now, and it's made a noticeable difference in how we manage our HR tasks. The system is intuitive and covers everything we need without being overly complicated. What really stands out, though, is the customer support—they’re always quick to respond and genuinely helpful, making it easy to get answers or sort out any issues. It’s been a reliable tool that’s improved how we handle our day-to-day HR management.

We have had a great experience with Health Box HR from the initial Sales meetings (they were very reactive to all our questions and queries) to the support we receive, which is still going strong. We generally talk to them weekly. The set-up was fairly easy and the system is very user friendly. We are delighted we made the move.

We have been using HBHR for around 6 months. The platform itself is very user friendly for both admins and users, and is easy to adapt to your needs. We have users nationally, and in lots of different types of role so the desktop and app options work really well for us.

HBHR are very responsive to listening to your suggestions, and also appreciative of feedback, and action speedily where they need to.

We moved from a very complex HRIS & Payroll solution to HBHR and although some processes are now more manual than we are previously used to, this is probably due to our more complex process. The service that the team provides is fantastic and they are super helpful in helping us to find ways to make the platform work for us rather than us work for the platform. The relationship built with HBHR (Emma, Adam, Aimee, Aleks & Jenna as a shout-out specifically) are really important to us, and we value this highly.

HealthboxHR does just want you would expect and more. The functionality is great and the app works really well for our teams. Our account executive is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and support is always there.

I have been using HBHR for about 8 months now. When looking for a HRIS I feel like HBHR stood out from the rest. They were perfect for our company size (50 people) and I felt like they would scale with us, they have a great UX and UI, and what they offer was exactly what I needed. My customer support contact is Brook who is amazing and had helped me at every step of the way. Implementation was painless and the whole team has nothing but great things to say about the product. It has saved me so much time within the HR team and has allowed me to focus on more strategy over admin work. Also a shout out that they always are releasing new updates and features that are continually making the platform better and better!

Excellent service from HealthBox HR from the initial sign up and ongoing, nothing is too much trouble. Great platform to use, does exactly what it says on the tin. Can be tailored to suit your individual business needs. All round great product, would recommend.

We were searching for a HR & Payroll Platform that met our needs being an SME in the construction industry. Having experience of other HR Systems projects, HBHR is a breath of fresh air in my opinion, the system does what it says it does and the package is all in, no add-ons, you decide what modules to use, not the £.
I would fully recommend this business to any HR professional, the team at HBHR are friendly, professional and knowledgeable, give them a go, you have nothing to lose other than 30 minutes of your valuable time, and like me and my valuable time, I would hope you would feel that your time was not wasted!

HealthBox are such a breath of fresh air in the world of HR/Payroll systems. They are completely different to my experience with other systems in so many (positive) ways. Our dedicated account manager is available and responsive. Nothing is ever too much, and she is always contactable when needed. HealthBoxHRs' commitment to updating and developing the system to your requirements is exceptional, always with no extra charge. They have undertaken large scale developments for us to support us to get the most out of the system, and seem eager to take on these developments if it is going to help improve the experience for their clients. The system is easy to navigate, and feedback from our end user employees had all be around how clear and easy to use it is. Overall I would highly recommend HealthBox, and am very happy with our decision to transfer to their system.

We have recently started using HealthBox HR and I have been very impressed with the implementation and support we have received. Our dedicated Client Executive answers any queries and suggestions with speed and is always on hand to jump on a call to talk us through any issues. Highly recommended.

We have just launched HealthBox HR so it's still early days but the support we have received from the HealthBox team during the implementation phase is second to none! Very responsive, listened to our suggestions and made all required adjustments. Great software to use, with a user-friendly interface, clear information, quick reporting and built-in rota as well as access on the go through the mobile app. Our staff love it!

Where to start! I lead a team of over 200 lorry drivers across the US and Canada and I can honestly say this system saves me days of hassle each month. A partner of ours mentioned Healthbox when I was complaining about our drivers process of clocking in and out at different locations which was near on impossible to track and manage properly. Now the drivers do so on the free app. So easy to use and a fraction of the costs of others systems we looked into.

Best part about HealthboxHR?
The versatility. Multilingual, phone app, Recruitment and Onboarding modules, after sales service – very responsive and accommodating, user friendly to name but a few.
It’s been a seamless change over from our previous platform to HealthBoxHR. They are very open to ideas and suggestions.
I’ve been trialing it since mid-June and we went live at the start of August. Any issues I’ve had to date were addressed as a matter of urgency or a timeline given when the issue will be resolved. The team are great to work with and really listens.

We came across HealthBoxHR whilst browsing the market when our previous contract ended with a different supplier. The team were super helpful during the demo's and answered all my questions which was nice! Onboarding was also super easy the team simply migrated all of our existing data on to the HealthBoxHR Platform.
A lot of our staff don't have access to PC's so by using an app on their work phones it enabled us to track all their holidays/sick leave easily. Would definitely reccomend!!

I was approached by HealthBoxHR in relation to this new platform; naturally sceptical i tentatively agreed to a meeting to be introduced to the software and was blown away almost immediately by what it can do. Since using it, i had a few suggestions which i put forward, and to my pleasant surprise they were actioned very quickly! Overall, so far i am very pleased!

I love the app! My company started using Healthbox Hr in lockdown and everyone was a bit weary of having to do more admin to manage us coming back to the office during the pandemic. However the app makes everything easier than it was before! We now use it for everything so I literally manage covid clearpass, holiday, expenses etc all from my app. Great system
