The agent had mixed up my application with another person’s then tried to say I gave the wrong information about my post code, working status and DOB. She got there in the end but I’m pretty sure I know my DOB, postcode and that I’m not a self funded retiree.

Christian was informative, and helpful, detailing the process of switching our policy over from another insurer. He ensured that we understood each step of the process and explained everything respectfully and politely. Would highly recommend as we managed to save $50 a month by moving!

Their sales person, Tom Smith, lied to me for the cost of a switch to Bupa from AHM.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
They are scammers.

Tom was great at explaining the policy. He spoke clearly and made sure i understood. I could follow along with my
existing policy to compare.
This experience was by far the best phone customer service i have had.
My biggest problem with any phone conversations like this is people dont speak very good english and they talk to fast so great job Tom😁
