The purpose of my approach was to save money. By accepting a small loss of benefits we were able to save almost 40% in premiums. All my questions were answered with confidence and honesty and ultimately justified swapping funds. The whole process was made clear and easy. Full credit to Christian for making a frustrating exercised worthwhile.
