I would give a 0 if I could. I booked an appointment through here and subsequent prescription was routed through this absolute garbage app.

As a result it default to opening my prescription and then lost it on the app. It took a member of staff at the chemist to show how to open the link in safari as the only work around.

I’ll happily be looking into ways to take this further as it could be a genuine health threat for people needing repeat prescriptions. -100.

Stay away from this app.

Doc was in hurry. Just tell them the medicine name and they will provide prescription but if you ask them if this med is ok? No prescription will be provided and phone was cut even before I was asking for a simple cold and flu prescription to take claim from my insurance.

Doctor refused to give me a repeat script that 2 doctors before him had done. Wanted me to take time off work to get bloods done that I would be doing in May with my normal GP. So I paid $ for absolutely nothing. Do not recommend

I need a certificate because it will RUIN my life if I don't have it. I already paid and there is no delivery. SCAM!!!

Booked an appointment this morning and did not receive a call. I was travelling and sat in one place for an hour waiting for the promised call that never came. When I tried to contact Healthengine I couldn’t speak to anyone and the chat function just gave generic information that was no help. I tried emailing Healthengine on the patient email with no luck. They were quick to charge me but did not provide the service promised. Save your money and don’t bother with this organisation!

There account recovery procedure doesn't work so I can't login. Also I applied and paid for medical certificates I never received. There has been no response for the support ticket I submitted on that one so it looks like I have lost my money.

The website is terrible. It isn’t easy to enter your birthdate. I left the site for a few seconds to get my Medicare details, but when I returned I had to start all over again.
I had also provided this information a few years ago, yet I have had to do it all over again.
Not intuitive.

In November 2023, I paid Healthsite, who I was told was an arm of Healthengine, nearly $2,500 to create my website. As of 17th March 2024, I still have no website, with not one phone call returned and since December, with no emails other than automated ones to say that every person I contacted no longer works there. Can someone help, please?

My experience with Healthengine is awesome. I don't have to wait in queue in clinic spreading cold. I can do it all virtually. Perfect consultation. I got my prescription all done virtually. Great and efficient services!

worthless - a booking app that doesn't make a booking. I made an appointment only to show up and be told there was a 'glitch' and the system had booked multiple people for the same appointment.

they only have one job and they are not even doing that!

Booked an appointment for a COVID vaccine only to find that Healthengine had booked 4 people for each slot. I was sent away and now I have to book again and start the whole thing over.

Firstly, Dr Anthonypillai is extremely knowledgeable and experienced which instills a great deal of confidence to the patient knowing that whatever the medical ailment, Dr Anthonypillai will make an informed and evidence based diagnosis and prescribe the corresponding treatment. Second, and equally important, Dr Anthonypillai is one of those rare doctors who can communicate medical information to the patient in a manner that is easy to understand but with always presenting the full clinical picture.
