Outstanding Customer Service at Covered California

I had a great experience speaking with a Covered california customer support representative "Logan" today. Logan was extremely helpful and quickly understood my needs while updating my household information. I didn’t realize the process could be so simple — the entire call was completed in just a few minutes. Thanks to Logan for making it effortless and saving me a lot of time!

Question

Steven was helpful in making the needed changes on an online application that I had started. He was knowledgeable and kind in answering all my questions. He even ask a few important questions to ensure I was not getting myself in to trouble. Great service Steven thank you.
