The guy who came to my house in Mumbai was on time but when I asked him will my Potassium be checked he said you paying only Rs 4200 for 2 you have to take abother test that is total of Rs 7200, he said you will get everything, I told him if he can reduce a little he said after giving 58% discount it comes to Rs 7200 finally I agreed but when I got the result there is no Potassium, I called in to chat with their doctor she was like a speed train what is all good so I told her to tell me what is not good and where is the Potassium for which she replied I had not asked for it, I tried to call back the technician who had called me to get my location I was not able to get him, the doctor was just there to sell their medicine. I feel its a waste of money,

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with Healthians.com. I had booked a test for a 78-year-old lady who was fasting since early morning for a 7:30 AM appointment. The sample collector not only failed to show up but also didn’t bother to answer a single call despite repeated attempts. I called multiple times, but he kept ignoring my calls. This is completely irresponsible and shows zero professionalism.

To make things worse, when I reached out to the customer care helpline, every single person I spoke to either kept me on hold or dodged my questions. Not one of them gave me a clear answer or even tried to resolve the issue. It felt like no one cared.

This is absolutely shameful service. Healthians.com, you should be embarrassed. I’ve booked many tests through your platform before, but after this pathetic experience, I’ve completely lost trust in you. You made an elderly woman suffer needlessly due to your negligence. Never expected such unprofessional and careless behavior.

Don’t go for health Ian’s they are not reliable and they give fake promises. O got a test done from them in which the irons sample they took was not enough and they messaged me that it’s report will not be there as sample is not enough so I asked them to take the sample again but they said ok we will take it tomorrow but u send us the money I said what is the gaura tee u will come to take after taking the money they said it’s sure shot so I have the money and next day nobody came and the person Maneesh Kumar who gave me all this assurance is now not taking the calls not answering my messages and there is no google review about this health Ian’s no compalint point when u go to customer care to complaint they give u infinite beep hold where no one will come no matter how long u stay. So don’t go for healthians , I doubt they give reliable reports or not

Even rating is insulting. No professionalism, no manners and no commitment towards client. Company needs to build capacities of their staffs, prior assigning tasks to them.

I am writing to report a highly unsatisfactory experience with Healthians Lab during a recent blood collection appointment on 05/04/2025 at Delhi. The lab representative assigned to me demonstrated a lack of skill in performing the venipuncture procedure. The representative struggled to locate and puncture my vein, resulting in significant pain during the process. Even after 24 hours, I continued to experience discomfort at the site, which I believe is a direct result of their inadequate technique.

These people are such a bunch of thugs. I booked a health test using Healthian lab (Booking ID 12965060142) and partially cancelled the tests for which I was supposed to receive a refund of Rs 1818.
For this I have called their foolish customer service representatives 5 times and dropped them 3 mails. In response, just receive a shitty AI generated link which is of no use. These people are just roadside thiefs who will never return back any money they have received. Plz dont book any tests with them I highly doubt their professionalism

nothing special about their service. poor appointment processes, even poorer sample collection. they do not keep their timelines for collection. unless you are yuvraj singh, be ready for an unpleasant experience

Very poor service and accuracy
They change the sample collection time according to them, without notifying you. Then sample collector come after dozens of calls and collect sample in very unhygienic way (forgot to even clean the sample collection site with alcohol swab) and then kept it in our fridge to collect it later as per his convenience. Customer care have only automated voice bots. They are cheap because they have very poor service and work ethics.

Healthians used to be a great service provider but now their services are very poor in terms of efficiency and trustworthiness. We were sold and invoiced for a gold package but results were for winter wellness package for couple. PSA test was not done which we had specifically asked about instead LH and FSH tests that were neither age nor gender appropriate were provided. Sample collector was basically a charlatan. Will not use this company again.

Need to add "Zero rating" options for the user!

Cheaper prices but totally inconsistent and completely wrong reports for few parameters. Cant trust them. They contact you every day until the blood test but after test when we enquire about some wrong reports they dont care to reply quickly.

Very bad experience illiterate ppl sent for collection

I booked for lab test on 19th June 2024, thereafter i saw many negative review.
The booking procedure was good, got many follow up regarding sample collection.
On the day of collection this person never came i waited for 1hr thereafter called the lab METROPOLIS where i always approach, they came in 10min and took sample.

Healthians mentions very cheap price, metropolis was 3times more in price. But healthians is not reliable also there is reservation in the market abt the healthians report accuracy.
I hope recommend them.

I did not like the process of handling and updating the customer about their reports, it took them more than 78 hours to provide me with my blood report and that too on all the efforts made on my part. No updates on reports were provided up-till I made multiple calls and waited in for their customer team to respond. Few of the immediate call attendees were quite impatient and did not listen properly with an action of transferring my calls to customer care in the middle of the conversation while I was speaking. Thus, my experience with Healthians Lab wasn’t satisfactory at all rather it was stressful and very time consuming. Please provide timely updates to your customers before them needing to ask for reports and create resources to provide fast resolutions or build in better listening skills in the team so that they understand the customers needs better and hence provide better service.

I just don’t like their sales team services they call us again and again to do tests again . Can’t say results was accurate but yeah services are really good , home delivery of reports , tests at home

They have only automated replies. Suppose you have received a report attached with a mail. Then you have a doubt. Just you send a mail detailing your requirement. You will get a copy of the same report. Then you send message stating " ABCDE " then also you will get same report. Then you send a message ????, then also you will get report. They cannot provide historical data even if you give them all the previous booking id. Just get report. Expect nothing beyond that. Too much machine dependency. Reports are however OK

I cannot contact them. On chat, they don't reply. The automated bot also does not work. When calling, they don't pick up. One of the worst service providers I've seen. Wish I read the reviews soon. Stay away from this guys!

I had made an online booking for two persons for a Rs 1599 per person package in April 02, 2021. After some discount it was priced at Rs 3134- for two instead of Rs 3198. The person who came for sample collection was not aware how many test tubes of blood need to be collected. So once my sample was taken he made a call to someone and then said he need to draw more blood. Then he again took blood from other arm in two more test tubes. On being asked by when the reports will be ready he said we need to keep checking email for reports. Everyday I checked my email for reports but there was no information. On April 07 , 2021 I made a call to the number 9998880005. It was the number provided at the time of booking. I was made to wait for more than 10 minutes before one of the agents came to attend. But she had no answer about whereabout of my reports. She said she further need 2-4 hours to check. At this point I told her that arrange to generate a ticket that I need my refund since I cannot wait any longer for my reports and I'm going to the nearby testing centre to get my tests done. She generated a ticket number but still said that she will get back to me within half an hour about the reports status. Hats off to their unprofessional attitude, she didn't. I will now keep on following with them about my refund.This is simply the height of unprofessionalism and thug mentality that healthians is making fool of people. If they can't deliver what they committ they should not be in the business. As far as I'm concerned, healthians never again. They are not good for your health and peace of mind.
