Terrible experience 2x

Terrible experience 2x! I called to get Medicare information and because I wouldn’t give my Medicare # at the beginning of the call, I was hung up on the first time and another agent abruptly ended the call the second time.
Do not ever give your Medicare number until you have gotten all information and are ready to change plans!

Hi Patricia,

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.

To clarify, our agents may request certain information to better assist with plan options, but you should never feel pressured to provide sensitive details—like your Medicare number—before you are comfortable and ready to move forward. Your privacy and trust are extremely important to us.

We are addressing this internally to ensure our team communicates more clearly and respectfully in the future. We would also like the opportunity to learn more about what happened and make this right. Please reach out to us directly at 888-313-3934 so we can assist you properly.

Thank you again for your feedback.

DO NOT GET DUPED BY THIS COMPANY!! They are 3rd party & make promises that are false. Preying on the elderly and naive..My loved one that lives on a fixed income was days away from losing his excellent coverage. Shameful!! This "company" needs to be closed down at once!

Hi Kim,

We’re very sorry to hear about your concerns and take feedback like this very seriously. Protecting the individuals and families we serve—especially those on fixed incomes, is extremely important to us.

We want to clarify that we are a licensed insurance agency that helps individuals compare Medicare plan options from multiple carriers. We do not make plan changes without a beneficiary’s explicit consent, and our goal is always to help clients make informed decisions based on their needs.

We’re especially concerned by your comment and would appreciate the opportunity to better understand what happened, as this does not reflect our standards. If you’re open to it, please contact us directly at 888-313-3934 so we can review the situation and ensure your loved one’s coverage is protected.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

This is a 3rd Party NOT insurance

This is a 3rd Party. My vulnerable 81-year-old mother finds these people from phishing emails and internet ads, gives these strangers her private info, which they use to sell her their [same brand as current] "coverage." Thank the Lord I found their acceptance letter in the mail so I could cancel it before her EXCELLENT current medical coverage was set to expire. This "company" is just a bunch of deceitful con artists - repeating their schpiel, no polite conversation (their rudeness gave them away as fakers), preying on the elderly.

We will be shutting off our internet within the next couple of weeks. This is the third time since May that these criminals got my mother to cancel her GOOD, REAL medical coverage. Not to mention all the other internet trash aimed at our vulnerable elders. These burglars profit in the billions by the suffering they cause our elders.

Hi Ruth,

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your concern for your mother—protecting loved ones, especially seniors, is incredibly important.

We want to clarify that we are a licensed insurance agency that helps individuals review and compare Medicare plan options from multiple carriers. We do not make any changes to coverage without a beneficiary’s knowledge and consent, and we do not condone or participate in misleading or deceptive practices.

We’re especially concerned by what you’ve described and would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further. We take matters involving potential confusion, marketing concerns, or account changes very seriously. If you’re willing, please contact us directly so we can review your mother’s situation, confirm her current coverage, and ensure everything is in order.

We also encourage all beneficiaries and their families to be cautious about sharing personal information online and to work only with trusted, licensed representatives when reviewing Medicare options.

Please do yourself a HUGE favor and run…

Please do yourself a HUGE favor and run from this company. An agent Hunter Vail lied to me numerous times assuring me that I qualified for an extra $200 a month & my Medicaid insurance would not be changed whatsoever. At least 12-15 times. No exaggeration. Three days later I receive my new insurance packet & new card. I called them back & I told them that I did not approve this insurance change & Hunter would not return my call. That never happened. I called them back and was told that Hunter had left the company! They then proceeded to cancel the new insurance or so they said. My insurance was changed supposedly & 2 weeks later I’m still trying to clear this up & without being able to get my medication. For someone who has Medicaid this was a huge deal with no support that was helpful or truthful. They transferred me 4 times my last call and every agent said the exact same thing to me. They are NOT BBB approved. UNTRUTHFUL & VERY DISHONEST.
