20/08: No confirmation email, how odd... I then check the website, and my order status is 'Allocating Stock'...

21/08: A customer service rep responds to me to say that they have some stock, but the 'use by date' is coming up soon. It's pretty bad that I had to wait until *I* contacted them; and that it has been 4 days...
28/08: Finally got what I ordered after 11 days.
It's pretty bad that I had to contact them, But at least they had what I was after. I can easily see why they would get bad reviews, and I would only order from them again if I had no choice.
A total waste of time
Absolutely no customer service, e-mails never answered, despite the automatic reply that states they will get back to you in 24 hours. Don't bother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will have to dispute the transaction.
Not a scam website - just a very bad one!
I placed an order on the 26th June spending around £50. The website says they deliver within 7 days. After 9 days passed and no delivery, I attempted to phone them, but was unable to get through on any occasion. I then did a google search for reviews, and was very concerned with what I read. I immediately contacted my credit card company to ask about a charge back. They advised I needed to wait until 14 days had passed, so in the mean time I tried emailing them. The automatic reply says they reply within 24hrs. Five days later I get a reply from them apologising, and saying there was a stock issue. They advised my order would be available in a further 7 days time. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, and waited to see what would happen. Today my order arrived - 3 weeks after I placed it. Four items were crossed off the invoice as unavailable, but no mention of a refund. I have now emailed them again asking for a refund for those 4 items. I don't hold out much hope ...
Something is seriously wrong with this company.
I have not received an order confirmation and when I emailed them asking what is happening with my order that I placed last week, they emailed me back details of items I had tried to order a few months ago (which they did not have in stock despite being on the website). There isn't any customer service and I don't know who works there but it is quite worrying that when items are ordered, nothing happens and the customer has to chase it up. I will never order from this company again and will try to obtain a refund somehow. Please stay away from this company and go elsewhere, even though it may be more expensive.

This is a funny one. I ordered from these people, after having checked they were WoT approved (but didn't check here!). My alarm bells didn't ring, even when I saw the weird address and phone number. Nothing arrived, despite emails (auto replies back that said nothing) and the dodgy telephone number, which either rings out or is engaged. Of course, the money had been taken by them as soon as they got my order (always the way?!).
SO - I raised a dispute with my bank! This involves them issuing a refund (until delivery is proved) and going directly to the company with the problem. Surprise, surprise - the day this happened, the company suddenly plunged into action, emailing me with a Royal Mail tracking number and the goods arrived next day! (The bank lady said this often happens - companies keep your money and send no goods, hoping you won't bother to complain - then as soon as they're targetted, the goods suddenly arrive!)
So my advice is - always raise a dispute with your bank if goods don't arrive. Will I use this company again? I really don't know. They have a great range but I hate sharp practice - so probably not...
One word AWESOME
Love this site, cheap prices fast delivery, I've never had to call so don't know about that but quick responses to emails. Definitely legit have ordered twice now with no problems. Gordon
The website is a SCAM and is FAKE
I ordered an item from this website 12 days ago for £30. It says to allow 7 days for delivery. After 9 days I wrote to them asking if my item had been despatched yet, but got no reply. I wrote again the next day. Still nothing. I also tried phoning them. The phone rings about 5 times, then cuts off each time. I also noted (but unfortunately too late, as it is a HUGE give away) that their 24 hour contact number is the SAME as their fax number, which is impossible, and who uses a fax line these days anyway.
Total scam artists. Stay well clear of them.
Poor service and unable to complete order.
Ordered two products ~ Still not arrived after 2 weeks, now told only one in stock despite being shown in stock on the product page. Cut out the middle man and purchase direct from the US.
Excellent customer service
Received my item reasonably quick, however had an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients. Customer service team was very helpful in resolving the situation.

Fake website offering a very in depth selection of goods
My first concern was when I received no confirmation mail. After this I called the number listed which just rings out.
They do seem to reply to mails but its all broken promises. I hope everyone paid with their credit card!
