Not a good company

I ordered a lab test on August 5, 2026, and paid online. After waiting a long time with no response, I tried to cancel the order. Their website has many issues, but I finally managed to cancel it. It has now been over two weeks since I canceled and requested a refund. They plan to deduct a 20% fee, and I still have not received my money back. This company has poor customer service and is not trustworthy

FARUD!!!

FARUD!!!! AVOID PLEASE. HealthLabs / Analyte Health took my money and delivered nothing.

I booked a full panel for my 68-year-old mother and selected the lab at checkout. When we arrived, the lab only had a partial order on file. The technician double-checked — the rest of the tests were never sent over. There's no phone number anywhere, so I had to text support and wait two hours, only to be told the tests weren't done because we "failed to provide samples." Completely false. Now they want another $268 to run the tests I already paid for. Save yourself the trip.

SCAM & FRAUD ALERT!!!

SCAM ALERT! I wish I could give a star rating less than one. HealthLabs or Analyte Health is a SCAM!!!

I booked for my 68-year-old mother, picked the lab and when I went to the lab, they said only some tests were ordered. The lab guy double-checked, and it was not ordered. When I reached out to Healthlab (there's no phone; they ask you to reach out through text), they responded 2 hours later and said it was YOU who was not able to provide samples. WHATTT!!?? They're charging me another $268 to get those tests done, SCAM!!!

Hidden fees, broken portal that isn't customer friendly, and terrible customer service.

Long post but may save you time/frustration and especially if you're a senior / not perfect eyesight, not navigating all the online portals like a 40 year old might be able to do. Lacking the physical dexterity to handle all communication by text on a tiny cell phone screen....Truly a sad situation for the seniors.
Total bait-and-switch in my opinion. I was lured in to Health labs with a payment of $36 and a 10% discount. That was cheaper than LabCorp or Quest. As a senior citizen on a very limited budget but trying to monitor my health, I decided to go with HealthLabs. (Note: Medicare only pays for labs annually unless issues but I'd rather not wait for a year to see if there is an "issue" with my health". Therefore, I get independent labs to discuss with my PCP). As I was trying to make payment with Visa, a window popped up indicating a location other than the LabCorp location I had chosen was closer. I clicked on that thinking I would see where it was but in a flash - gone! Moving on, while doing all this and after paying, I started getting emails about sign into acct. However, it was AFTER 8 PM, and signing in was literally impossible. The only way you can contact anyone, anytime between 8AM - 8PM is via text. NO live person at night. (and the AI Suzy is useless). Next AM I drove to what I thought might be correct location, sat in parking lot, waited until 8:01 AM. Finally able to text a live person (and truthfully, she tried so hard...she was CS personified). She gave me the correct address/ I was close but could not tell me which Professional Building it was. After wandering aimlessly around the complex, I finally located the lab about a city block from where I was parked. So the other issue...after I was able to get into the portal the next day and download my bill, I found out there was a $6 "physician oversight fee". If that was in the fine print, I didn't see it. My bill turned out to be $42 and I still haven't figured out why...$36 - 10% discount + $6 fee? Bottom line, had I gone to LabCorp that was literally 2 miles CLOSER and no buildings to wander around, I would have paid $49. Knowing what I know now, the additional $7 would be well worth my time, my energy, my frustration. Why did they send me emails on Thursday evening...log-in, log-in....but not allow me to do so. One more thing, if you try to cancel the service (which is what I wanted to do that morning, you are hit with a 20% cancellation fee so it is a no-win situation. Do it THEIR way or pay the price. I've dealt with LabCorp and Quest many times over the years personally and professionally and I've NEVER had these issues. Lessons learned. As for the only contact method...texting.
So sad. I want to add, the phlebotomist who drew my blood was wonderful, but she works for the actual lab, NOT Health labs.

Lots of hoops to jump through to get to…

Lots of hoops to jump through to get to the end. They keep pushing you to get additional tests. My partner tried to pay for both of our tests, but Health Labs just sent a gift card to me instead that only covered part of the test. The site never had a form field to enter in the gift card so now that's money wasted and I paid full price on this shady site.

Customer service is absent

The only customer support they have is by text and it's AI. I was trying to get my results so I logged into my account. It required additional ID verification before they would let me into my account. The only support is by text which kept instructing me to log in to retrieve my order number. I would respond that I can't log in and would be instructed to provide my order number which could be found by logging into my account and round and round we went. Will never use them again.

Scam

They are expensive. I paid for faster service as I was getting troponin tests done to rule out a possible heart attack. I also got a full panel and urinalysis as well. They released the comprehensive blood panel and urinalysis in 8 hours. But the troponin they are refusing to release but they say I can pay an extra $50 after spending $300 to get my results expedited. So I paid for a blood test that takes 1-2 hours to process. It has been 28 hours and they refuse to release my results. Be careful they are just scamming money

Truly dreadful

This experience was totally frustrating. I bought a simple BMP online and my account was debited by some entity called Analyte. When I called the site I had selected, they had never heard of me. A call to customer service directed me to a texting site which resulted in a massive back and forth trying to identify me and having no success. Finally, the person texting me informed me that she had sent an order to the draw site and I was set for 9:45 this a.m. When I got there, they had never heard of me and didn't know how to find out. I left and started a new text with a new person. Polite, but it ended up in me being required to make more phone calls and or texts at a partner company or to get a refund. It is worth the 29 bucks never to have anything more to do with these people.

I knew I was not going to get any help…

I knew I was not going to get any help from Health Labs, so I made an appointment for Saturday January 3 at an Edina MN facility referred to me by Health Labs. I went to my 9:00 appointment at 8:45 with the confirm number given to me on the Health Lab login account. When I was call in for my appointment I was told that the number I gave them did not mean anything and that they needed an order.

I printed all the information from the account at Health Labs, and the confirm number, but I could not be seen. I called Health Labs, but they only way to reach them is by text. I left without any lab work being done.

I live in NY and bought a basic CMP and B12 test. When I arrived at labcorp I was told I cannot used the purchased test because the order comes from out of the state and because of state laws they cannot accept it. I find it irresponsible for them to be selling this test online to New Yorkers when such a law exists. Additionally I had to take a 20% fee cut on my refund even though they are the ones that messed up.

Billing process

I ordered several tests through this company. Ended up being billed twice on my credit card. Their customer service is through texting which I feel by itself is poor service, but person texting with me said there was nothing she could do. Suggested emailing company which I did several times with no response Involved my credit card company for fraud and they reversed the charges.

20% charge for ANYTIME cancellation

I ordered a mycoplasma/ureaplasma test. Fairly standard test. Except, upon further reading, I realized that it only tested for mycoplasma hominid and ureaplasma urealyticum. This was NOT made clear before ordering. And those are not even the most common species of those two genus. The test was going to cost $150 for incomplete information…

So I called them to cancel the test. First off, they said they can only issue refunds over text? So I texted, and they said I could either put the money towards some other test of theirs, or take a 20% cut to cancel… 20% to cancel an order I had made less than 30 minutes prior. I’m guessing this is why they only do it over text, because my mouth basically dropped to the floor when I saw that.

So yea be aware that they will falsely advertise testing. They sell incomplete testing using ancient technology. And be very careful what you order, because they will take 20% of that cost to cancel… claiming it’s some doctor fee for signing the order.

Very uninformative. Waste of money.

Results came next day. But information was pretty much useless because there is no numbers for each value. It just says "normal# or "abnormal ".

I definitely will not use this company for my health labs ever again. Just go directly to LabCorp and buy test directly from them. Waste of money. Even their graphics design is so poor and not informative. Hate to waste my time and money.

Everything is ELECTRONIC. NO REFUNDS

Everything is electronic. I made an appointment for a blood test. Got a confirmation number and paid. Showed up at correct time with printout ofrecwipt & confirmation order. No record of my appointment. No way to get a refund. Told online to make another appointment but to do this I had to pay again. I disputed this charge with my credit card company. It's interesting that HealthLabs does not post any reviews on their website. Most legit places do. You have to go to a 3d party site to review them. I think this is a sketchy company. I would never recommend them
