Scam with scripted support. Shipping out of Lithuania and tracking doesn’t populate. It’s been 5+ weeks and my order never arrived and tracking they provide is useless. Going to dispute this with my CC Company. Waste of my time

They have charged me twice for a product I never received. Of course their customer service assures me everything is ok...but my bank accounts wishes to disagree...

Ordered their nattokinase and repeatedly got the run around in email about why it wasn't shipped. Their emails are AI. Reporting fraud to my bank.

In February 2025 I suffered a snowboarding injury to my knee. I didn’t see a doctor but all symptoms suggested I had torn or nearly torn my meniscus. I placed an order I received no confirmation email.
I called the phone number provided there is no option to actually speak to a live agent. I am calling my credit card company. I believe Healthletic is complete SCAM company.

I went through two bottles of this product & absolutely no results for me. Can't speak for others or if they even know if it works, but frankly, I think this is a scam. They had a money back guarantee & good luck even getting them to respond......3 requests & crickets.

Item seems to be working great, and everything was good about my purchase, but the length of time to get it to me felt almost like I was being scammed, because I didnt see any warning it would take so long.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I, too, was scammed.
I ordered two products three weeks ago and my credit card was charged immediately. The website then disabled my email and stated "order not found". The AI replies to my email enquiries stated that they had a "supply" problem and would get back to me. Now I see a Lithuanian tracking number on Shop but nothing from the company. Do not waste your money on this SCAM!

to early to share results but will do that after using for a month

I would give this site a 0 stars as they are dreadful. Not only does the product give one explosive diarrrah ( I can supply photos of my carpets!!!
They also ‘auto ship every 2 weeks!!! When you send the product back they say they haven’t got it!!!
Please please do not use this company.
Get real Natto from a Japanese grocery shop if you want to try it
Also they are very slow to ship the first ones out then they come every 2 weeks despite me specifically crossing out the auto ship option!!! Total SCAM
