Good experience buying high value item

Ordered a relatively high value Wellue O2 monitor. Only looked at TrustPilot after I'd placed the order - the single review here wasn't good suggesting it might be a fake company. Fortunately, my experience was good. The monitor was delivered within a couple of days (all as expected and well packaged).

I can't comment on customer service since I didn't need to get in touch. This is the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.

I would give Zero stars if I could.

I would give zero stars if I could, they don’t deserve even 1. Customer service is non existent. Ordered product 19th December, no follow up, nothing after 27 days. I have now sent 4 emails with no response. This business appears to ghost you or is just totally incompetent, do not risk your money.
