Owning my Health Mate Sauna has been nothing short of life-changing. I use it virtually every day, and the infrared heat has worked absolute magic on my lower back pain, which is now virtually non-existent. My Theragun, once a daily staple, has been happily retired. Totally unneeded!

Beyond the health benefits, the sauna is simply beautiful. It has transformed my son's room into a genuine home spa. The room is now a peaceful sanctuary where I decompress, listen to Peloton meditations, or lose myself in one of my many newly curated Spotify Sauna Playlists. It truly is my Happy Place.

And as a sewist, I've found an unexpected creative outlet in sauna ownership! I've had SEW much fun designing and crafting cute new sauna towel creations. A little bonus joy I never anticipated.

But what truly sets Health Mate apart is their people. When we were preparing to assemble the sauna, I had a few questions, and Leo from the Health Mate team reached out personally. He called and walked my husband and me through the entire assembly process. It was quick, seamless, and stress-free. That kind of hands-on, caring support is rare and genuinely appreciated.

I worked with Danny in sales and took advantage on a limited time offer. I worked with a local Healthmate Affiliate who has had a Infrared Sauna for 10 or so years from Healthmate. It was great to learn the Enrich 2 just required 120v for power. I was a little suspect that it would trip my circuit breaker but I just plugged it in with no problem. I was able to get 4 of the panels up to my 3rd floor on my own and had a friend help me with the front and back panels. We had them in the loft in about 5 minutes. Putting the sauna together took me 20 minutes and I was off and running with my first session. The Eucalyptus wood is top quality and the unit is solid. I was skeptical on the "commercial" grade heat it would generate but it does! I turn it on and have it warm up for about 30 minutes and then do a 30 minute session. I also like the chromatherapy lighting and bluetooth for music. I also reached out to customer service 2x with questions and they responded same day. I look forward to incorporating sauna sessions into my recovery from competitive cycling and also contributing to weight loss, detox, and enhancing my immune system. The experience and product are 5 stars all the way. I highly recommend this sauna and company!

The Enrich 3 sauna is great! Easy to assemble and well built. Shipping took a bit but we bought over the holidays so that’s probably why. We spoke with Nicole before deciding to purchase and she was super helpful. HealthMate’s saunas are an excellent value compared to others we researched. We’re happy we decided to buy a HealthMate sauna.

Health Mate Sauna is the best. I use the sauna as part of my fitness training. A veteran of over 100 marathons & ultra marathons it is an instrumental tool that has helped tremendously over the yrs. The company is super knowledgeable & helpful with any issues.

We have had our Health Mate Sauna for a year this month and love it. Ordered it on Black Friday 1014 and our family have used it on average of 4 days a week. It has without a doubt been the best investment we made for ourselves ever. Love the quality and performance of our Enrich 2 Sauna and look forward to the benefits for years to come.

Enjoy our sauna on a regular basis. When it feels like we may be getting a bug, quickly sauna and generally completely fine the next day. Appreciate both the aroma and light therapy, so relaxing. This is our second sauna, left the last one in our prior home when we moved. Our daughter loved our sauna, purchased one for her family, space allowed them to have the 3 person so they can lay down to sauna. I can't prove it, but believe the sauna saved me from a heart attack. Even the doctor was surprised that I was alive when they put stents in and discovered 99.9 % blockage.

I purchased this sauna almost a year ago.The sauna is very high quality ,easy to assemble.

From ordering to setup to the actual experience…GAMECHANGER! You will not regret this purchase. It is super easy to install and yet overall quality is not compromised. There is no plastic in this thing at all and all materials are solid and sturdy with the highest quality feels.

Health Mate is the best of the best. I purchased the 2 tier Elevated Health, love the chromotherapy and therapeutic temperatures..one of the best investments I’ve made!

We have had our health mate sauna for three years now and absolutely love it. We are in it most every night. It has become our safe, quiet place for peace and contemplation not to mention the health benefits. We’ve had no issues after three years of heavy use. Great Sauna.

We absolutely love our sauna tha we purchased a couple years ago! We got the cedar 2 seater style and it works perfect. Customer service was great on helping us choose and how to set up (which was extremely easy!) would purchase again!

Our experience with Health Mate was stellar from the start. The Salesperson was very helpful, including arranging for a different shipping company to deliver the sauna using a smaller truck to access our home. Assembly was easy. The sauna has performed flawlessly from the beginning (now almost one year). I would suggest better instructions on how to set up the Bluetooth speaker connection: the factory assigned pin is not printed in the manual.

I LOVE my Sauna. It was easy to put together and wonderful to use (when I can drag my daughter out of it). Great company and great product!

We love our sauna. It gets used 5-6 days a week. We even let my mom try it to see if it helped her discomfort.
The sauna takes a bit to get accustomed to, but once you’re hooked, you’re hooked.
Easy to assemble, looks great, works without issue.

Salesman was very helpful and not pushy. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I felt confident making my decision to buy a Health Mate sauna. Arrived quickly and was very easy to put together. I have used it at least 3 times a week the past 2 weeks and I feel great when I get out. I feel relaxed and my muscles also feel great. I am loving my purchase.

Using three times weekly affords me the opportunity to rest, relax, chill out, and get out of the fast lane for a short time. I use nature sounds while in the sauna via the Bluetooth. Red light and infrared heat really sweats the accumulated “stuff” out of your body. The time provides a total disconnect from the world which everyone needs.

Loved doing business with this company. Everything from start to finish was perfect, including the delivery and setup with their own truck and employees. Would buy from them again

UPDATE: 9/4/25 Strangely, I received a call from Health Mate inquiring about my negative review. I explained the situation and the gentleman kept arguing with me about the purpose of my review. The purpose (which I mentioned initially) was to let the public know there is NO SERVICE NETWORK. He told me on the phone call that there THERE IS NO SERVICE NETWORK. I am not trying to undo the purchase of this sauna (which I purchased in beautiful working order from a local. I am not even trying to get it fixed any longer...because there are no service technicians to hire to assist me. I am warning the public that once they are out of warranty on this costly item they will not be able to service it. Period. He spoke to me so strenuously that I ended up having to terminate the call. I asked why he called and he said that I reached out to them by way of my review. He seemed quite upset by it all. Very strange indeed. More reason to avoid.

I cannot stress this enough....do not purchase this company's sauna. There is zero support when (not IF...when) something goes wrong. There is no one to help. They will force you through all kinds of hoops to get something fixed and in the end, there is NO service network. Please hear me, we are not expecting anything for free. We would LOVE to pay someone knowledgable to come out and fix this fairly simple but ridiculously expensive piece of equipment...but service technicians do not exist. I am a functional medicine clinician/family practice provider and regularly recommend sauna to my patients. But I cannot, in good conscience recommend this company. Ultimately, after my experience with them I have to conclude that they are simply a company that exists to make money on the front end (and will pester you endlessly once you express interest in their products) and then wash their hands of you when you need help.
