A good company to deal with

Extremely Poor Communications
The company boasts of their upgraded website, but there seems to be no change in their extremely poor communications. Back in February I complained to them about their supply of an additional sharps bin and asked them to collect it as my living space is limited and I cannot accommodate items surplus to requirements, let alone this being an extra, unnecessary cost to the NHS. Regrettably this email was totally ignored.
Now I have to complain again as the agreed delivery time of my medication, confirmed in writing as after 1.00 p.m., was countermanded by a late evening text message the night before that the delivery would be in the morning which meant that there was no opportunity to contact anyone in that organisation to change the delivery time back to that agreed, although the label on the package states that the requested delivery slot was p.m. Presumably no-one in this organisation pays attention to details. I think it is about time that the NHS reviewed its contract with this company👎.

Constantly checked updates which were saying later times mostly between 4-5pm and arrived 345
I had to re-arrange my clients / diary to fit around the changes which was not overly professional

Unhappy that delvery time was not adhered to
My delivery was scheduled after 1pm, however it arrived around 2 hours early. I requested a pm delivery for a reason. It was only by luck that someone was available to receive it early

Delivery time and date very good service. But can I just say when I put in my order and date for delivery, I have ordered some wipes and a book so I can put the dates on taking my injections which I have ordered x2 and haven't received them
