Driver phoned us as he was earlyand we were not at home. Over the phone he went to our neighbours , while we were on the phone and she put the delivery in her fridge. Excellent service.

Established in 2015, we are a clinical homecare company, specialising in delivering homecare services to patients.

We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.

There are currently over 260,000 patients using our services, and our dedicated team offer support to them across a number of different therapy areas – Gastroenterology, Respiratory, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Oncology, Rare Diseases and many more.

Our aim is to make our patient’s lives easier, by taking the stress out of managing their medication.

We recognise that each one of our patients is unique, and our services are tailored specifically to their requirements.

For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.

We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

A good company to deal with

Arranging the delivery was very easy with office and the delivery driver was a charming guy who used my Christian name and reminded be that the delivery had to kept in the fridge. Appreciated all the help

Extremely Poor Communications

The company boasts of their upgraded website, but there seems to be no change in their extremely poor communications.  Back in February I complained to them about their supply of an additional sharps bin and asked them to collect it as my living space is limited and I cannot accommodate items surplus to requirements, let alone this being an extra, unnecessary cost to the NHS.  Regrettably this email was totally ignored.

Now I have to complain again as the agreed delivery time of my medication, confirmed in writing as after 1.00 p.m., was countermanded by a late evening text message the night before that the delivery would be in the morning which meant that there was no opportunity to contact anyone in that organisation to change the delivery time back to that agreed, although the label on the package states that the requested delivery slot was p.m. Presumably no-one in this organisation pays attention to details. I think it is about time that the NHS reviewed its contract with this company👎.

Got info that Delivery was due roughly 1-3pm and I had arranged my diary around all of these times

Constantly checked updates which were saying later times mostly between 4-5pm and arrived 345

I had to re-arrange my clients / diary to fit around the changes which was not overly professional
