Great food, great service
Met both Ian and Tamas at my gym where they had samples of the food and after trying some decided to put in an order.
Very glad we did as they're so good! My wife and I are quite busy, fulltime jobs, both gym goers amongst other commitments so sometimes having a quick meal is useful option.
Having meals that taste good, look good and are the perfect portion size as well as nutritional is ideal.
Ordered the meals Wednesday or Thursday and got a text Saturday evening to confirm delivery for Sunday morning.
Food delivered on time and already frozen. Meals can be cooked from frozen or defrosted (oven or microwave).
Very happy to recommend products by healthology.
