The price was very reasonable compared to other highly overpriced stores the salespeople on the phone were really nice but have thick accents which make it harder to communicate and shipping was free and fast other than that ...so far so good!

The entire process was quick and easy! I needed a portable oxygen concentrator, my daughter helped me ordered it, I provided the doctor's information and received it in about a week. Great processing time and the product was well packaged to protect it during shipping.

I easily ordered the CPAP that I wanted online and the machine arrived at record speed, much quicker than I thought. On top of the, the price was a few hundred dollars cheaper than everywhere else online. Well done.

Health Outlet Store is a great option for people don’t want to overpay DME’s for service they may never use. Their equipment are several hundred dollars less than DME’s and you own it instead of leasing. In my case, my BiPAP machine was $700 less than my old DME and was brand new, not refurbished. However, a knowledge of how to maintain your equipment, where to get supplies and where to get equipment support, if you need it, is a must.

Customer support respond super fast to my late night email, and gave me two more options for sending them my Rx.

CPAP and BiPAP machines should be changed every five years. I will definitely be returning to Health Outlet Store and have already recommended them to others.
