I So they were supposed to providing me with a $25 refund and have yet to do so. I have called and emailed and no response. Please be cautious with this company! purchased the 6 week program: Pros- came in 48 hours of me purchasing the Groupon. I set up to be notified by text so I could answer all messages instantly.
I was contacted in less than an hour, my fast responses I believe lead to my fast delivery. Con- the doctor asked if I wanted to start higher than 2.5 and I said yes since I'm on 2.5 for over a month and he still started me on 2.5.
They switched to a new pharmacy and explained that's the reason why they start out on a lower dose and don't go as high as in to the past. I purchase 2/17/26 thinking I would go up to 17.5 possibly and my highest available is 7.5 (see screenshot).
