Very poor customer service - wouldn't use again.
I ordered items on 20th November 2025. They never arrived. I had 2 written emails from Healthspan Elite customer service confirming that I would receive a refund for my order. Despite my follow-up with them and their written reassurance, I never received my refund. I waited until near the 120-day charge-back limit with my bank - no refund appeared. I then had no choice but to instruct the bank to process a charge-back. Very disappointing experience with Healthspan Elite - as well as a complete waste of my time trying to track down my valid refund.
