Fantastic Service! Was away from home and still got my prescription

Fantastic service I was away from my home in Bournemouth and I accidentally left my medication at home and I was really panicking. Luckily I found HealthSteer, who was able to send my medication following my virtual consultation with a doctor to a local pharmacy in Bournemouth.

Great service

Great service, The Dr was polite and professional and the customer service team has helped me through the journey from registeration till I got my medication. Would recommend this service for those who struggle to get an appointment with their GP.

Do not trust these guys. Signed up in order to get a reference letter due to the system here in the UK. On the website it clearly shows these are available at an additional cost, thought you know whatever. In the appointment the doctor wasted my time and my money and told me to come in person. What a scam of an organization. Have told them i have been diagnosed with a condition since but they could care less. Stay away from these crooks . Disgusting service and even worse customer support who only care about lining their pockets. i hope this feedback costs you more than the scam of an appointment you gave me. I hate organisations like yours that only care about profits and not genuine care for patients who may be feeling very ill
