My product activation code did not work…

My product activation code did not work and they refuse to give me a refund. They gave me the run around and the eventually said it could not be refunded because the kit must be unopened. But I obviously had to open it to get the code. Although by the time they threw that story at me I already knew there was no hope of getting my money back. Thy clearly don't want you to contact them because on the Irish site there is no contact info and the live chat is broken. I eventually got someone on Facebook but no joy for a refund. They were very dismissive on my complaint and acted smug when I said I would complain to the CCPC. They are clearly good at frustration tactics.

Health Stuff knowingly use incompetent delivery service.

Never received the item I ordered. In Spain they use an incompetent delivery company - they are fully aware of said company’s reputation and I am not the first customer to receive their order.

No results to my testing & no customer service

Same issues as others it would seem. International customer, since receiving and sending back I’ve heard nothing from them. I’ve since sent three emails with zero follow up. Really really bad customer service. I currently have zero to show for my $170 SGD investment.

Unhappy

Not to be trusted!!! This company took payment for next day delivery option knowing that they wouldn’t be able to deliver. Normally with other companies the option wouldn’t be available on the site if it wasn’t a possibility, it would be removed. This isn’t the first negative experience that I have had with this company, and based on the email that they sent to me it seems a lot of other customer had to go through the hassle of asking for the order to be cancelled. Not a good company at all.

Great service

Great service. Delivered within a couple of days and the products are exactly as described and expected. DPD did a terrific job of delivering to my neighbour as I wasn't about to take it at the time. It's not just about your service HS, it's also about who you choose to use as your delivery agents and it pays to use the best. In these times of uncertainty, great job to you all guys! Angela

Good customer service and good…

Good customer service and good products, even if you have a problem with the wrong delivery as I did ..it was sorted out promtly and honestly. I received my refund for returning the products and the products I ordered.

Asked to refund 5 weeks in a row for shipment that was never sent out and they just say we will refund you and dont do it. Scamers as liers. Do not shop there if you want to get something for your money

Great shopping experience, bad shipping/delivery

On the one hand, I'm wary of HS bc I placed an order on 18/11/17 which was confirmed shipped on 20/11/17, so the question remains: where is it? I can only hope that I didn't just throw money down the drain. On the other hand, this singular incident is atypical of the HS team as past orders have always been prompt. In all, great shopping experience but careless shipping and delivery.

no response to lost shipment

I received notification that my package was delivered to a person on a july 5th at 1:58pm and I didn't receive the product. Someone else obviously signed for it without looking to see who it was addressed to and now they have my package. I contacted the company to find out how to proceed and I received 1 response asking if I received the shipment to which I replied that I had not. NEver heard back. It's been over a week so I sent out a 2nd email to them and still have not heard back. At this point it seems they don't care that I did not receive my product and yet they took my money!!!!
