It's a great and transparent product + Customer service
It's a great and transparent product. The reason I left the review is because of customer service—10 out of 10 responsiveness and resolution.
I needed the parcel rerouted, and without complication, it was replaced at no cost or complaint and the issue was corrected.
I will continue ordering my mushroom supplements here from now on as my local shop stopped selling my regular brand.

Very disappointed long term customer
Was very disappointed with my recent order of Healthwells super greens, which I have been using the past 2-3 years with great pleasure. I think the recipe was changed, because it is undrinkable now. It almost trigger my puke reflects, and the saddest thing is I convinced a good friend to buy it as well, receiving the new version. He couldn't drink it either. I hope Healthwell will do something about this. Very saddened by this change. Guess I'll have to look elsewhere now for my greens.

It was really sad to hear that you are unhappy with the change with the product.
The product is basically the same with small changes in the composition, we have removed stevia from the product and keep it unsweetened. It will be felt in the taste, especially if you have previously bought the product. We have chosen to make this change as we believe that this product should not contain any sweetener.
In essence, it is not intended to be a good product, but a very effective one.

I got a super fast service from a customer relation called Linn.
since days I was asking for a PDF of my purchase receipt and while another girls was saying that i cannot be done. Linn handled it immediately and on SUNDAY which is a not working day.
these are the things that count when you are a customer. The speed of service and that solution orientation.
I will buy again for this site

I like it
I like it, but stop asking why. Just like it and all. I don't want to put efforts and time explaining why.
I have to remember, think, describe. This is a lot of efforts. I have my problems to think about. And you not the only webshop who send this. People buy a lot of thing online daily, and every shop spamming with this reviews, asking for my time.
