I ordered Taurine Powder for my dog from Healthwise South Africa around the 10th of July 2026. It was around R600. No delivery! I enquired, and a person named Ian replied and said there is a delay with the flights due to the war in the east. Nonsense! I have enquired twice in July and August with no response. Scammers!!
Still awaiting delivery from an order placed 15th May 2026. Keep getting the same e-mail when I question them. "Apologies, We're working on it". Convinced they're a scam. Took my money and that's the last I saw.

I placed and order on the 21 December 2025. Still nothing received as of today 12 May 2026 and when corresponding and trying to get a refund I get a so sorry but please check with your local post office. This is a bunch of scammers. I have reported them to the SACC and NAC and even with that they do not respond. They think they are above the law. We should all stand together and sue them!
Have waited more than 8 weeks for delivery. Nothing. An R1100 order in limbo. No assistance from HealthWise in tracking delivery. You are on your own!

This is a scam, not even a legitimate company in South Africa despite misleading customers into believing they are locally based. The products are actually shipped from Hong Kong, yet I was charged courier fees—even though the items were sent via normal postal service to a Post Office.
I only received my order after 3 months, and that was purely by luck. There was zero communication or updates from them throughout the entire process.
Save your time and money—do not use this company.
What a waste of money. Bought myself and my wife a pair each. Cheaply made plastic glasses, doesn't darken in the sunlight like advertised. Worst of all the lenses are not even tested even for reading. Don't waste your money.
