Not very satisfied this time! We have been buying from them for years. Now we don’t get our orders and have to keep calling to see where it is! We are still waiting for Glucosamine Condroitin that they said was on sale. Now they are out of them and trying to get me to buy different ones that cost a lot more.
Will not be ordering again anytime soon

I appreciated a sales rep. contacting us about the "back order" status of our item. We were given the option of selecting a different size bottle, which we did.
One note: UPS chose to leave our order on our front steps which receives the full sun and HEAT in the afternoons. Once the package was noticed,
the box and bottle were very warm.
I am concerned that the heat may have affected the contents.

Quality is excellent. Prices are less than at a local drug chain store, even when they have a BOGO free special. Healthy America does not carry all of the supplements that local stores do, but if you can find one or more that you use, you’ll spend less at HA.

I have always had a good experience when ordering and if there was a problem they called me.

So far 99% of my orders have been delivered in the time and goog order promised,other wise than that I compliment your good services .

my opinion healthy America is one of the best places to shop, for vitamins and nutrient. and I have been shopping with this company for over20 years .and I have had 7 major surgeries on my body so I know what God has done for me and healthy America keep up the good work. but I am surprised that some of the things you stop carrying and well please do not discontinue anymore. your sales will go back up and god bless you all. one of the best companies still in America. and trust me I am not getting paid for this at all or any discount. I am a loyal customer try their products you will not be sorry. really

I have been with you for years and have always have been pleased, but this last time I ordered I couldn't order Vitamin C. It said not found. I hope this was a mistake. I have always ordered vitamins from you cause of the price.

Said I would receive a tracking number but I had to email twice to receive it.

I ordered 3 different pills. I still didn’t get my order after 2 weeks, I emailed them about not receiving my pills. They responded back saying one of the pills were back ordered. I ask them send me the pills that available, so they did, I would of never got the pills if I had not ask them to send them. They didn’t even send me a message saying pills were back ordered. I dont think I should even have ask for the rest of the order they should of automatic sent them. I have been a customer for years never had this problem.

It took 11 days for our shipment to get from L.A to Las Vegas. On an up note contact the company and they did refund our shipping cost.

The company was out of stock for the quantity I had ordered and they were able to do a substitute.

Until this order I would have given 5 Stars. I placed this order and nothing happened for 2 weeks. When I called I was told that one of the items I had ordered was back ordered but no one advised me. They had a solution that was satisfactory but I should not have had to call to get the order straightened out. Product is great!

I use to get odorless garlic, but that is unavailable now. I tried to order vitamin E, and now that's not available. What's next?

It's a no brainer to order from Healthy America. Wonderful buys, always a sale, occasional free shipping. Never a problem. I don't go anywhere else. Thanks so much!

Like the product, but it was backordered and we were never notified. Poor customer service. They should have informed us instead of us having to contact them for status

When you order ,they are excellent at tracking and getting your order to you quickly. I would like to see more expiration dates on vitamins and minerals.

I've always found their products to be of highest quality and they ship quickly and efficiently. Very pleased and a long-time customer.
