bad experience with last order
I have been ordering from you for many years and have always had a great experience until this last order. Never got a confirmation email. Order never showed up on your site either so I ordered again and ended up having to cancel one order. The second order showed up on the site but when I called to find out what was going on they canceled the second order which stayed online. The corrected order never showed online and never got a confirmation email. Ended up calling at least 4 times to find out that the Cinnamon I ordered was on back order and they would ship everything else and ship cinnamon when they received it. I finally got my partial order on 12/28/2016 over 2 weeks after ordering and still haven't heard if the cinnamon will be sent or not.
Very frustrating and I'm thinking of ordering elsewhere just to avoid these problems.

Miss hard copy of catalog, however online is ok. Products and prices are good. I ordered similar wrong product by mistake, I actually wanted Vitamineral instead of vitamin I ordered.
