My only issue was the purchase was added to my charge card before the product was mailed to me. It is my understanding you should have charged my card prior to filling the purchase.

I have an older cat and for some reason he started to smell really bad which made me start sneezing and being short of breath. So I needed a air purifier that could help me breathe better. The number 1 reason I ordered was Alex. After discussing the various manufacturers of the air filters and how each device accomplishes the actual cleansing of the air I made an easy decision and am receiving both air filters weeks ahead of schedule. Honesty regarding the products AND real delivery times are very important during this time of Covid-19.
