I signed up for the free trial and I noticed an improvement in my sleep even though the heat of Summer in the UK. I also noticed that my legs feel less painful than before. I enjoy the taste of the lemon and raspberries. My only criticism is that I find it difficult to get it to dissolve properly and I am left with a grainy residue at the bottom of the glass. So far I have only drunk it cold. Other than that I highly recommended Healthy Metal

The company are responsive and professional. The magnesium tastes great hot or cold and does help me to settle down for the evening.

So far i haven't noticed any difference 😕 I did the 5day sachets & I'm halfway through the 7day pack & still not felt any changes to my sleep pattern or the way I feel 🧐.

I suffer a chronic leukaemia and in treatment so struggle to sleep until I took this product , really is calming and helping me to get good quality sleep. Also the taste is not bad either.

I enjoyed taking the sachets & slept well for best part but didnt like the artificial sweetner which im a bit allergic to.
Asked about dreams whilst taking as had many technicolour ones, but got no answer when i asked about this.....

I have always struggled to calm my mind and go to sleep but since taking healthy metal I find i just drift off very easily. I did do the trail and thought I'll be ok and not buy them and then went back to tossing and turning, waking up during the night. So I resubscribed and back to sleep I went. I think this is a great product and for me I just couldn't do without it. Also never had a problem with it being delivered. Its always come on time and I feel I get good value for money and I love the taste its tangy and great with some ice

This product works! I have a lovely lemony/fruity drink and fall asleep within 30 minutes. I don't like the milky magnesium drinks, this one is far nicer in my opinion and no new nights lying staring at the ceiling unable to sleep or reading through til dawn. After one of the drinks I have frequently fallen asleep and woke up next morning to find my book still in my hand.

Hi, I've found with the Healthy Metal that my nights have been better and yes cramps have stopped from my lower legs. so it does what it says. Thank Guys

This product is unbelievable. I used to have endless sleepless nights but since taking this, my sleep is much deeper, more unbroken and I definitely feel the benefits the next morning.

Love this product. Tastes great, refreshing/tart not too sweet. Total game changer for sleep. I never had a problem getting to sleep, have good bedtime routine etc but would wake in the night for the bathroom and then be awake ages. After a week of using this, I get back to sleep so quickly, it's insane. Worth adding that I have used magnesium before (which worked for me too ) but I ended up having to stop as I got persistent pins and needle in hands and toes but this product hasn't had that effect thankfully. It's expensive! But I function so much better on a good night's sleep. Highly recommend.

Great flavour dissolves quickly and easily I can’t really say it made a great difference to my sleep or quality of sleep . After 7 night trial and stopping using the product my sleep pattern is still the same when using it or not using it .

Thought I'd try it in my bid to get better sleep after nightshifts.
The results were hit and miss so I didn't buy any more after the trials.

I feel robbed! I bought the extra trial version of the product and took the sachets faithfully every night as directed and tried them diluted in both hot and cold water but didn't have any positive response. This product did not make me relax or sleep better. The flavour is nice but I have enjoyed other very nice lemon flavoured drinks for a lot less money! Thankfully there's a money back guarantee with this product!

I would recommend that you take up this offer of a trial to see if the product suits you.
Unfortunately it did not suit me, I have been diagnosed as prediabetic and had reduced my intake of sweet foods, and my pallete had altered. I found the sachets extremely sweet.
I contacted the company and requested a refund. This was dealt with very quickly and the refund was in my bank within a few hours!
A very reputable company, that does what it says!
Give it a try, everyone has different tastes!
