I would highly recommend this product it has a great taste and it really does work I’ve never slept as good in years and I’ve tried many sleeping aids. I’m on my 3rd box wouldn’t take anything else.

Applied for the free trial. Told me sachets on the way but never showed up. Took the 3.95 from me. So as it was more than 5 days i enquired about my order. They stated it was sent out to me but there was no proof of despatch confirming this. So they are sending out my original order again by tracking. At least emails are responded to promptly. We will see the Magnesium helps my sleep pattern.

I don’t know what the difference is between this products and its rivals . Perhaps it’s the fact that it’s taken as liquid and not tablet ? Whatever the reason this is the only magnesium supplement I’ve taken ( and I’ve tried several), that delivers a better nights sleep free from leg cramps without nasty stomach issues . And it’s replaced my warm milk drink which is good for my blood sugars

Love this product - it really does do what it claims to do - haven’t slept this well in years! The customer service is excellent too - any queries sent by email are dealt with exceptionally quickly and professionally - really refreshing to purchase a product that does what it claims and has a great team to talk to if needed

Really tasty hot or cold, my favourite during this heatwave is over ice with sparkling water before bed. My sleep has been seriously improved and after having a drink I tend to feel really relaxed and ease into sleep.

Great peoduct helped me sleep and would recommend to anyone to help them sleep

The product is easy to use and conveniently packaged for travel and daily use. It has supported my relaxing before sleep allowing me to switch my brain off! The taste is lovely like sherbet and it dissolves well.

I am writing this in response to being asked to by Jose.
My experience after just 2 weeks is that I have not noticed any difference to either my mental state or my sleep patterns. That doesn't mean the sachets don't work, it might be that it's too early to tell. I have a three month supply and when anything noticeably changes, I will update or replace this review. For now, the product tastes nice but that's about it!

Edit... I have read other reviews which have a reply suggesting customers contact again and recieve some tips to improve their results ... why not just post them in the reply or at least a link to them which we could all use?

Great service. On it straight away when my trial didn’t arrive.

I have been struggling with sleep problems since the loss of my husband in 2024. Tried herbal treatments, sleeping tablets from my gp, these made me feel like a zombie so stopped taking them.
I have been taking healthy metal drinks at night b4 bed for 2 weeks. I know its early days but, my sleep is improving, not waking up feeling tired anymore. Can't wait to see the results.

I was not at all sure the product would work, but as I was not sleeping well due to arthritis and fibromyalgia I decided to use the free trail offer. I was very pleased after the 3rd day more relaxed and able to sleep 3 hours ( wish was a miracle) .i ordered a months supply and 2 weeks in getting 6 hours uninterrupted sleep . Can’t quite believe it but it’s true

This works great for me. I prefer the drink cold but that's personal taste.
It has helped me fall asleep quicker and I've noticed I don't have twitchy legs as much. My sleep is more restful too.
I'd really recommend this to have a restful, good nights sleep.

So I have a habit of trying product and when I don’t see any difference I tend to cancel my subscription and walk away

I tried the Healthy Metal two week trial which finished two days ago and whilst I seemed to be getting better sleep I didn’t automatically subscribe, last night I noticed the difference I got leg cramps all through the night so this morning I started my subscription.

It tastes great easy to make and I take it as I go to bed

I have suffered from poor sleep for many years but since I started taking Healthy Metal at bedtime I am having a much better quality of sleep. I get around one and a half hours of deep sleep every night now instead of possibly half an hour which I used to get.

So, took a 12 night free trial, massive improvement in sleep from night 1!
I had a couple of questions a few days in and my email was responded to very quickly with useful advice. I have today ordered a 3 month subscription as I am so happy with my last 10 days of not just better sleep, but being able to wake up in the morning much more refreshed and able to tackle the day. Looking forward to my shipment arriving soon!

I can’t recommend Healthy Metal magnesium sachets enough. For years I have suffered from restless legs, night cramps and poor sleep patterns.
Since taking the sachets I no longer experience cramps or restless legs. I still wake during the night, however; quickly fall asleep again and wake up feeling more refreshed than previously. The sachets taste delicious and are a lovely way to destress at the end of the day. Strongly recommend.

I found Healthy Metal first on instagram.
There was an offer. I already knew about the benefits of Magnesium.
So the trail offered was of interest to me. I took out an extended trail.
First tasting was a bit over powering. Enough to make me stop for a few days. I have now restarted my trail. And the taste is not so overpowering now.
I like it with mildly warm water. Kind of goes down better for me.
The delivery come in letterbox friendly packages.
