Healthy metal’s magnesium glycinate has become an integral part of my bedtime routine for over three months. I’ve noticed a marked improvement in relaxation lately in the evening, and getting to sleep more easily. I would definitely recommend Healthy Metal. Product does what it says on the tin...well, packet! I haven't been able to sleep since losing my hubby in November 24. I lay there in the dark going over and over what had happened, my heart breaking, my head whirling around, my tummy churning. I've never been like that. We had lost a beloved dog just two years before Chris passed and I'd insisted on getting another. We got Spot. Both Otis and Spot were Jack Russells. Spot, my first girl out of numerous dogs. After Chris passed, she was my guardian, my carer. Then she became seriously ill almost a year after he'd died. She stayed ok through Christmas but in March 26 we asked the vet to end her battle and pain. I was totally broken. Without Healthy Metal, I also wouldn't have been here. I'm certain of that. Sleep had moved out of my life completely. It's not just nodding off for the night, it's an end to pain, that constant noise in your head, that belly ache, the expectation of more horrors to come. This drink does more. It relaxed you, sends you off when you least expect it and you go deep. I haven't had real dreams since Chris passed. Now I dream. That means I'm sleeping deeply. At 74, I need that! Thank you. My only issue now is fitting the cost into a very tight budget but I will somehow! Brilliant product. Hope this review is ok and not too personal!

This product actually works! It’s a lovely refreshing drink which I look forward to and my cramps have stopped.

I have had a bad sleep pattern for the last couple of years whilst waiting for a hip replacement. I have now had my operation and no longer suffer with the pain. I was hoping that Healthy Metal would help to get my sleep pattern back to normal, but I am still waking up frequently starting about 3am.
I do like the taste.
I have been trying this product for about 3 weeks and so far I have not had any change to my sleep or energy pattern. After trying it for 12 days I purchased a further 3 month subscription so that I can give it a fair go, but so far I am, unfortunately, disappointed.

Tasted great. Bought it when I couldn’t get my usual brand of tablets (which are much cheaper) and found it not as good. I was waking up between 3 and 5am again with painful legs. Tried double dose and no better. Back to my usual brand now and all okay again.

I think we all don’t believe these things and always pass on them. This one however , I did take a chance on. I struggled to sleep for 15 years . Always so forgetful . Since taken these drinks I’ve slept every night and I wake up raring to go again and I’m remembering more . I’m really greatfull this is out there for us and I’m so glad I took a chance on it . It is real and it works. No more brain fog

What a lovely tasty little treat to have before settling down for a good sleep

I so wanted this to work having read the largely positive reviews. My sleep is terrible - I get off to sleep but wake up constantly through the night. Unfortunately it’s not the answer for me. I have noticed no difference at all after the trial. Clearly it works for some people but not me I’m afraid.

The customer service was BRILLIANT. Really reassuring and helped me out straight away with my issue, no silly questions or push back from the team. The product is great too, love it and will keep using for a long time to come. Highly recommend.

I purchased the 12 night trial for my husband and I to try. We both did not receive any benefit from taking the magnesium. The taste was ok, hence the two stars. It's quiet expensive for us and to up the dosage to two sachets to increase the effect puts it way out of our price range.
I can see plenty of people get great benefit from using the magnesium, which is fine, but it's not for us.

Hiya,been taking these for about 10 days now and really cant see any difference im still not sleeping any better....ill keep on with them as was really hoping they would help me...🤞nothing wrong with company at all just hoping they work for me🙏🤞

Brilliant company to deal with and first class product, really helps with sleep quality and tastes amazing, I really look forward to my nightly fix, its replaced my evening glass of wine on most nights, I still have the wine occasionally but its slowly being replaced by healthy metal

This has been my nightly saviour! I was using a similar product a few months ago from a different brand but then it stopped dissolving and would just clump up in my water but not with Healthy Metal! It dissolves so quick and easily, no matter how much or little water I use, it tastes great and within half an hour, I’m ready to close my eyes for a peaceful nights sleep! As someone who has struggled with sleep in general for most of my life, this has been an absolute game changer for me; I immediately signed up for the monthly subscription 10/10 would recommend

I would highly recommend Healthy Metal's product. I have suffered from terrible disrupted sleep for many years, and have tried various other magnesium supplement tablets but none of them had any effect. Since using the Healthy Metal sachets, I can now sleep normally and the impact has been fantastic.

I have taken a few magnesium supplement for years due disrupted sleep but nothing worked on a nightly basis kept waking up 2-3 times a night may be more. I saw the 5 day trial for Healthy Metal & haven't looked back & i am now a subscriber with my Husband also on board. it didn't work over night but by the end of the 5th night I was sleeping all night might have the occasional night where I wake up but I'm back asleep within minute's.

I have just placed my 2nd order to Healthy Metal and I have to say this is by far the best product i have ever purchased...I am actually having the best nights sleep I take 1hr before bed. The 5 day free offer tempted me to try Healthy Metal and from the get go I’ve been really impressed. Ordering and delivery were easy and fast. And the results were and still are a game changer for me. I now regularly sleep 7 1/2 plus hours a night without the frustrating 2:30/3am lengthy wake ups. The taste is delicious. I drink this after my evening meal, cold with a slice of lemon. Delicious. Thank you.

So I tried the 5 day trial and had a couple of great nights sleeping through without leg cramps. Ordered some more and I have to say they still work and are brilliant though I occasionally forget to take and then I’m woken up with horrendous cramps in my legs and have to run downstairs to grab a tonic water - the only thing that eases the cramp!
I do feel a bit groggy sometimes in the morning why is that?
Would you consider doing a larger pack that we can buy for home use without all the extra single packs that would hopefully reduce the price.
Price is the only reason I would stop using this.

I have been using this product for about three weeks now. I feel that it has made a huge difference to my feeling of lethargy and tiredness. I usually get a good eight hours solid sleep since taking the product (rather than a very broken nights sleep before). I awake much more relaxed and ready for the day ahead. ( Even my wife has commented on the change in my demeanour) i like the flavour and the fact that there is no weighing or measuring required. I just add it to water and drink as I am winding down at bedtime. I have just ordered another three months worth and looking forward to receiving them in the post. Overall I am very pleased with the ease of purchase the fast delivery and the fact that (for me) it makes a real difference with visible results. I was skeptical in the beginning but now I feel I couldn’t be without it.
