Chose my own items & delivered within timeframe

I have seen a few bad reviews for this Company, and wanted to share my positive experience. I sent a hamper where i was able to select all my own items with a bottle of wine - which is a fantastic idea! Everything was very well priced. I sent the order through Sunday night & my friend received in Darwin on Wednesday morning (one day earlier than expected). It was hand delivered as they were home. I am very happy with my purchase!

Incorrect delivery, appalling service. No refund despite one being promised. Beware.
The Healthy Hampers website shouts ‘free delivery’.
We ordered and paid for on 30 January 2026 - eight (8) packets of HUNTERS SMOKEHOUSE BBQ Chips. There was a $14.95 delivery charge included. This delivery cost seemed excessive for 8 packets of crisps but we decided to purchase anyway.
The courier delivered - on 2 February 2026) - eight (8) packets of Black Truffle chips.
We did not order black truffle flavour. We do not like Black Truffle flavour. We will not eat Black Truffle chips.
We sent multiple emails to Healthy Hampers advising the problem. No response.
We phoned a phone number provided and eventually reached a fellow named Mervyn. He apologised and said there were complications between the importer, the warehouse, Healthy Hampers itself and the courier. He said we’d receive an email report and he’d look into a redelivery and the pick up of the incorrect packets. We emailed our report again.
But no reply email came back.
We phoned again. Six times before the phone was answered. Mervyn said he was working on the problem. I stated that the issue concerned 8 packets of chips and should not be that difficult to sort out. He said he’d get right onto it and call back with a solution within half an hour. Two hours later he had not called back.
We called again. Five times. Mervyn said he was struggling to arrange redelivery. He offered a full refund and said he’d email the correct department who would in turn email us confirmation of the refund.
Two days later, no email had arrived. And no refund had appeared in our account.
We phoned Mervyn again. He told us he’d reported the matter to the department that dealt with refunds and he’d chase them up and get back to us.
We said fine but that our patience was running out and - unless we received either a correct redelivery or a refund - that we’d consider placing reviews on TrustPilot, Google and the Facebook and Instagram pages of Hunter’s Chips (UAE), Healthy Hampers and Tastebuds (from which our order was despatched).
No reply from Mervyn. So we called the Healthy Hampers number again. And again. We finally spoke with a Brian. He did not know about our matter. And he had never heard of Mervyn. So we explained again.
Brian said we’d hear back within the day from the refund team.
Surprise surprise. Nobody replied.
But then on 5 February we received an email from ‘Ani' at Healthy Hampers. Confirming that a refund was in order and that we’d be sent a packing label to put on the consignment for pick up.
Nothing happened.
On 19 February we received another email from Ani stating that our last email had gone to junk and reconfirming the refund was in order and asking us to reconfirm that we wanted the refund.
So I reconfirmed.
Nothing happened. So I emailed Ani again and called Mervyn again (7 calls to get through) to reconfirm that we wanted the refund.
Nothing happened.
We have to conclude that Healthy Hampers, Mervyn, Brian and Ani are useless.
So we decided we would get some value out of reviewing Hunter’s, Healthy Hampers and Tastebuds on Google and facebook.
BUYER BEWARE: wrong delivery, multiple excuses, no redelivery and no refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering! I wanted to request a specific delivery date and, as I was ordering from overseas, there was no phone number I could call. So I emailed, and the initial response gave me confidence, as it was helpful and friendly. Placed my order on 8th and emailed the order number etc. to the (previously helpful) customer service team, so they could make sure the delivery was done on 22nd, as requested. So much for that idea! Almost immediately received notification from the courier that it was on its way! Emailed customer service again, who assured me it wouldn't be delivered before 22nd. Fat chance - it was delivered on the 10th. Emailed customer service again - no response this time. Gutted. Will never use them again, and will never order from a site that doesn't have a contact phone number I can get through to from overseas.

Don't waste your money.

There is no custome service.
I've tried three times to contact someone and I've never got a response.
Also paid for EXPRESS delivery, I ordered last week and it still has not arrived.
Do not recommend.

Healthy Hampers Customer Service not healthy for my stress.

Don't do Healthy Hampers if you can't guarantee someone is home to take the delivery. I wasted my money on this and unable to get the delivery recitified as cutomer service won't answer and I never receive any timely acknowledgements or responses to my emails. Overall very disappointing as I'm a pensioner on a budget. I won't be doing on line gifts again.

Terrible

Terrible, amateurish, exceptionally bad customer service, total failure to deliver, refused to even make an effort to find out what went wrong, no refund. Took the money anyway. Don’t bother. BTW this is the email they sent me "Your order was dispatched from our warehouse on the 5th, and the delay occurred as our Melbourne delivery partners have not yet updated the tracking information. Unfortunately, due to this delay, we are unable to guarantee the current status of the order. However, as the order has already been dispatched, we are unable to provide any credit for this order until we have confirmation of its status. Thank you for your kind cooperation and understanding. Please let us know if you need any further assistance." I think what they mean is thank you for your kind cooperation and understanding while we keep your money and not give you what you paid for.
