TERRIBLE. They charge for service you don't get and then ignore you when you leave!!
Do not use this Clinic!
Avoid at all costs!
Is your reply a joke??? You have all documents, you have all proof of services purchased. This is going on months and now you reply like this claiming you dont know the complaint??? There are no deviating claims. Your response is pure lies!
We were charged for aftercare we never received, we were charged twice for shakes, never mind the other financial outlays we made having to attend other hospitals, flights etc.
Also you never respond to calls or txts. You didnt even know we were patients and tried to sell the product to us again. You claim you are trying to resolve yet you havent made contact for months and when you did promised you would send and email and didnt, and also stated you were having difficult times personally at the moment!! Very professional!
Update - I received correspondence eventually on the Thursday 6th April.
I had suggested we come to an agreement to refund the over charge and also for services not received. I did not mention any figures as I naively thought this company would eventually do the right thing.
I was offered a refund of €100 each. This is an absolut insult after all the stress they have caused, never mind the additional expenses we have had to pay out. This also included a demand to remove this post.
By no means are we looking to receive more that was paid in the first place, simply a refund for services not received and the initial double charge for an item that was already invoiced for.
To quote the company - "Our doctor is used to dissatisfied patients complaining".
They have also accepted that no follow up was given and that we were overcharged.
They continually say they have no documentation yet they must at this stage have 100 txts and emails from me so this again is a lie.
Please be very careful if choosing this company for your procedure.

Firstly, my name is on this review so Dear XXX just shows another level of your customer care!!
I presented a solution, I did indeed, and I have been completely transparent in this and have stated the offer in my post above. The solution was to be refunded for the overpayment charge and to be refunded for the service you did not supply. I am not seeking a full refund, simply a refund for services not provided.
Your offer was €100.
This offer of €100 only covers the overpayment we have already made (each). So yes, I refused it as there is no refund for the after-care service that you did not provide. Also, to reiterate I never stated a figure as I assumed, as you had admitted liability for lack of after service and overpayment that the figure would be accurate.
You cannot state I did not accept my agreement as I never stated a figure, I stated that a refund was to be made for the over payment and the failure to provide after care, this is not €100, and you are fully aware of this!!!
I did not accept, therefore you told me to only contact you via your solicitors. I have been trying to obtain this information from you since the 6/4/23. You will not respond to calls, emails or text messages.
You again state there is no evidence to support anything despite your admission of negligence? Also you have received over and over proof of same so please refrain from this slander. I can happily share the messages on this forum should you wish.
Please do share any documents you think I have lied about, that are untruths as I will gladly respond to same – there are none!
Also, to note, you contacted Trust Pilot to get this post removed, that I was damaging your reputation, we I am sorry you feel this way, but people need to know the truth!!! You take the money and run!
I have no choice but to state facts on trust pilot as you will not provide details of your solicitor so we can indeed do as you requested and go through them. The failure to resolve amicably will bring a different case via solicitors but I am very happy to do so and as you know I have already shared the contact details of my solicitor in Izmir with you. Yet still awaiting your details.
Again, I am not sure of your understanding of the law but you admitted you did not provide after care, so how can this be an unfounded accusation on my part?
30/5/23 - Health life clinic are still ignoring messages and will not provide details of their solicitor.

Sadly the company still has little regard for clients which means we have no option but to proceed to court.
