I’ve been looking into PEMF mats and with every new tech, there are a lot of companies that put crap or ineffective products on the market at a higher price, and influencers in YouTube to push their products. I had narrowed down to a few different mfg, including Healthyline and related family of products. hesthine headline also had a few different PEMF products which only made it more confusing. I called and left a message, I received a call from Jade G who was great. She spent a lot of time, and I mean a lot, going over their different products, and the features of each. Including the benefits of each feature, and what to look for. This was extremely helpful. She didn’t push a specifics product, or the most expensive, she was focused on what I wanted to accomplish and reviewed each product with that in mind. After our discussion, I then reviewed some of the competitors specifications and notices they were in fact far more inferior when comparing specs and those were eliminated. Just wanted to say Jade G was extremely helpful explaining all go the features of the PEMF May products. Great asset to the organization

Just look up "Healthyline broken controller" and you will see this is an extremely common problem!

I bought 2 amethyst mats last year. Both stopped working in less than a year. Have tried countless times to contact Jade but have not heard back since she said she was sending the replacement cord and never did and has ignored all of my emails and voicemails since. Seems like their products are developed to sell and not last.

Just ordered my Taj mat and I’m super excited about it. Jade walked me thru everything…since there were so many amazing mats to choose from (Rainbow/Tao/Taj), I didn’t know which one to choose. Jade took her time to explain the benefits of each mat and helped me figure out which one would be best for me and my clients. I am so grateful for her expertise and guidance. Every time I got off the phone with her, I was just always in a good mood. Haha, it must be the mats she’s using herself. She spoke to me with much care and professionalism. Customer service was top notch…makes me want to purchase more goodies from Healthyline. Not sure why people are having issues with getting help. Ask for Jade if you need help (sorry Jade?). She always got back to me via email and phone in a timely manner…usually same day or next day.

We love these mats (in this case, the Amethyst Medium pad ... less inflammation, hardly any sinus issues which also means no migraines.
Customer service: out of the 2 mats, one didn't work properly. The company first sent a new controller, which didn't fix the problem. They then sent a paid return address label and once in the mail, sent me a new mat - which works perfectly!

I order two products - Gemstone Pad Belt and TAJ mat.
The belt for worked fine for 2 days then started to not to heat up any longer. I purchased these products on 12/14/2023. I have informed Support (who NEVER returns a call), I have called the NYC store many times and NO RESULTS. No one seems to be doing their job. Why is this so hard to get a response and a replacement.

This company does what they say. I bought a TAO chair mat, and after a year, I wanted to upgrade. They gave me 100% credit towards what I paid after inspecting my return. Jade was excellent when I received an incorrect controller for my TAO bed pad. She continued to check with me to make sure the replacement controller worked, and sent me a pre-paid envelope to return the bad controller. I really love their products, and they have mad a big difference in my physical health. I would recommend them 100%.

Mat stopped heating up and no reply to the many many emails about whether it can be repaired or how to test if it can be repaired. Very expensive outlay for short time relief.

I have the Inframat Pro full sized mat and when I knew I would be traveling and unable to bring the large one, I immediately purchased the half-size. These mats are among the *best* purchases I have ever made for my overall health and well-being and I would not choose to live without them. I am more pain free, sleep better, and my immunity is stronger due to their healing qualities. My cat loves them too!

I ordered the TAJ-mat and magnetic bracelets.
The customer service was perfect (Daniela is a gem !). As I live in Belgium, shipping took a little longer as there was a transit at customs, but even then, the follow up by Daniela was excellent.
The mat is of excellent fabric and feels really sturdy. Initially I was looking for a PEMF mat, but all the extra's of this TAJ mat make the PEMF experience so much more intense. I just love it! It’s an investment in your health and wellbeing that is worth every cent.
Over all I would strongly recommend Healthyline as a brand and the service it offers !

In this review I did not negatively address the product. My issue is with the Customere Service I failed to receive and after 3 years the product failed. I have tried everything Healthyline suggested. I have yet to hear from them directly as to a remedy for replacement or another option. That is the issue. Not the efficacy of the product.
I have loved my Healthyline mat. In the past they have been responsive with questions. I am only 2 years into my warranty and the mat is disfunctioning. It took me forever to get a response back to my emails. If I didn't followup everytime with Esther nothing would happen. So the solution they want me to accept is that they will send a new controller. The controller is not the issue. The mat is only send a current in 2 places. I know this because I use their plastic bottle with the small ball to measure the output. Here's what really bothers me: poor customer service is more on the person delivering such than the company. However, my mat is less than 3 years old and is not functioning. That's a faulty product. Instead of standing behind the product the company is offering me a bandage instead of replacing the faulty product. I am so disappointed in how they chose to handle this problem. I have been a big champion of this company and have referred a number of people to them. Since I am out the $1800 dollars I spent on this mat I really have to rethink if I want to take another chance on Healthyline. If they fail me again, shame on me for putting my trust in them again.
