No exchanges entertained here

I was buying a Vitamin K supplement from the Healthy options store on High Street, BGC and asked at the cash counter if I could exchange the bottle with the seal intact, since I wasn't sure if I was picking the right compsition.
They said that they cannot exchange it and it could be done only if I had a doctor's prescription. As a matter of fact the supplement has been prescribed to me by a doctor but they didn't ask for it and refused my request point blank.
I buy Orgain and have recently started buying Vit. K supplement, every month but now I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.
