I have not received my order and cannot…

I have not received my order and cannot get a response from customer support. DO NOT place an order from this company - they do not support their customers and for all intents and purposes, they have stolen $75 from me. I very much want to make my pets life better, but I cannot afford to just lose that money. :(

Terrible product, Terrible customer service

Absolutely disgusting smell-my dog wouldn’t go near it. I reached out three separate times to return with no response. Supposed to be a 90-day return window. I requested a return and cancellation of my subscription. Nothing. I reported it to my credit card company & within 2 hours I had a refund. Bad company with ZERO customer service and a crappy product.

I have serious concerns that Healthy…

I have serious concerns that Healthy Petz products are not what they claim to be. The last three bottles ordered smell absolutely foul and the liquid inside is like water. I have had a couple of bottles before that didn't smell and the liquid was more syrup in texture and slightly darker but this latest three bottles have been thrown away. Initiall taken in by the adverts but there is just something amiss with this seller. No phone number, no replies to emails and fould smelling product. No batch numbers either on the bottles which they say there is !

Im not ordering any more product from this company. Im looking elsewhere.

Stay far away

Product says that it was delivered but never did. There is no tracking information either. Also, when trying to contact the supplier multiple times there has never been a response. Do not order from this website

SCAM company shipping from China

Beware of this being another company who claims to be headquartered in the US or somewhere else depending on where you're logging in from. Sent me one bottle with no batch or lot number from somewhere in China. The bottle and packaging reeks of chemicals even before opening. Won't go near my dogs with this. Couldn't wash the smell off my hands and I have no idea what I would be giving them. Company doesn't respond to emails and will be pursuing with my credit card company for their "60 day risk free trial". No low reviews posted on their site so I doubt they will post mine!

It doesn't look trustworthy

It doesn't look trustworthy. There is no information about manufacturer or where is it made. My shipping information showed start point in China. It was also information from producer that every bottle has a batch number, on my bottle is nothing. I will not give it to my dog as actually i don't know what is inside. I sent 3 emails and haven't received any response.

I would go 0 stars. i never received items. put a dispute and the following date they contacted me mssg to ask why how could they help and all of Sudden that day I received notice delivered. They were on hold for weeks, not locally near and all of a sudden delivered. I NEVER RECEIVED ITEM. Dispute settled in their favor because they said delivered. I lost $73.98. could never reach them their email address per their own words not working couldn't correspond with anyone. Shame on them. I lost my money Telephone given to me by c/c scam verified better business. Don't trust this company.

Complete scam as others have said

Complete scam as others have said.
They are in breach of UK consumer law by setting up a subscription without consent.
Their website claims 50,000 happy customers on Trust Pilot - obviously fake.
I work in consumer law enforcement and will take this up. Hopefully we'll have them shut down.

Very misleading advertising

Very misleading advertising. I thought UK based, but no idea where they are. Delayed delivery, never replied to emails. This seems a common thread that they never respond which makes me fully doubt the product has any value or use to my dog at all. In fact - is it HARMFUL???? I've binned it.

Scammers

Order took forever to arrive, and when it did, the bottle was smashed to pieces. They wont reply to any emails. DONT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE .....

This is not an American company! It is not legitimate.

This is not an American company. The legitimate company called Healthy Pets ends with an s. This fraud ends it's name with a z. I placed an $89 order for their collagen they claim stops itching from allergies. I checked shipping and learned my order is in customs. Surprise!! I was not familiar with the legitimate company until I fell for this company's blatant scam. I cancelled my order today and started a dispute with my credit card company. Time will tell if I get my money back. Beware, this company does not make or send the legitimate product and what you get could be dangerous to your pet.

Shocking service all round scam?

I ordered some collagen liquid on the 13/4 delivery is by Yodel who has failed to deliver twice even though I have a safe place and at no time has any driver attempted delivery as I have CCTV. Now I can't get any information from either yodel or this company even after emailing them. Scam or shocking customer service??

Id give it zero stars if that were a thing. Complaint is the same that you have already read, never received product, never answered emails. I dont know why I always forget to check reviews on trustpilot or reddit before buying anything on line, but I really need to do so to stop wasting $$$$!!

Awful, no communication response, collagen does not work on my dog and can't get unwanted subscription cancelled.

This company does not respond to email requests to cancel subscription which I never signed up for in the 1st place. They keep sending collagen and using my card details that I used to make 1st purchase to debit my account each month. Dog has not improved on the collagen still itching bad as ever. I am taking action through my bank to cancel my card so they don't take any more money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. No contact details except email which they don't respond to!!

Scam website

Ordered from website as the woman advertising it said the collagen on fb was a scam. Seen other adverts for Bloom collagen for dogs , same bottle and same woman advertising it!! UK based company but my bottle was shipped from China. Think ive been scammed again! Its now gone in the bin , who knows whats in the bottle but its not going in my dog. Please be careful.

My dog was allergic, got hot and very lethargic. I reached out to Healthypetz to ask questions with no response. Has been weeks since I emailed. No response to me getting my money back. Will never do business with them again.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I received 3 bottles within 15 days of order. The origin of the package was never disclosed. The odor upon opening is absolutely rancid/horrid/disgusting....with a 70 pound dog, the dosage said 2 droppers. I have a Labrador who eats any and everything. I could not get this into her with ANY food the smell was so bad! When I contacted them at healthypetzhelp@gmaildotcom, I received this response :
"Thank you for reaching out, and I am so sorry to hear that your pup is having such a hard time with the collagen. I completely understand the frustration—when our pets refuse something that we’re hopeful will help them, it can be quite a challenge!
I am particularly concerned to hear that she is turning her nose up at the smell. To be honest, this shouldn't be the case. We have recently identified that a specific batch had an uncharacteristic scent that was not supposed to be there, and it sounds like you may have received bottles from that run.
Because we want your dog to actually enjoy the supplement, I would like to send you a free replacement from our brand-new restocked inventory. This fresh batch has been quality-checked to ensure it meets our standards for taste and scent, making it much easier to mix into food or water without your dog noticing.
To save you the hassle, we do not require or accept returns. You don't need to worry about shipping the unopened boxes back to us; please feel free to dispose of them or gift them to a friend whose pet might not be as sensitive.
I would love the chance to get a high-quality replacement out to you so you can see the results you were originally hoping for."
**I was appalled that a "Bad Batch" could have been sent to me when this affects our dogs health! No effort was made on their part to contact me or any others about this "Bad Batch". I asked for the bad batch number, and they did not give it to me. Instead they asked me for the numbers on my boxes. I found this dishonest. I asked for a refund per their 60 day money back guarantee on their website and have now been going back and forth for 4 days with them. They claim they don't offer refunds. Here is their response:
"Thank you for reaching out with those questions.
Regarding the batch details, our production dates and batch numbers are printed directly on the bottom or the side of each bottle. If you can let me know the numbers you see there, I’d be happy to check them against our records for you before we move forward with any next steps.
To clarify our refund policy, the 60-day guarantee you mentioned is an outdated policy that was updated last year. Under our current guidelines, we do not accept physical returns of the product. However, to resolve this for you without the hassle of shipping anything back, I can offer you a 50% "no-return" refund on your purchase.
This allows you to keep the bottles while getting a significant portion of your money back immediately. " A significant portion? I paid $58 for rancid liquid! I will no longer engage with them, and have opened a dispute with my credit card for investigation into false advertising and inferior quality. Their website still shows the 60 day money back guarantee as of today. STAY AWAY! Buyer Beware! 😡🤬☠️💩
