I love your products, and your commitment to quality supplements and natural hair and body products, usually slight less expensive than major competitors. I don't like that you are now using a courier to deliver packages. They used to come reliably by Canada Post. Now, the courier might leave them anywhere.

I stopped purchasing your cooked chicken as the new packaging absorbs all that yummy and healthy juice, and I was a regular purchaser of your chickens. I would always purchase other items at that time but now am rarely returning to any of your stores.

It is helpful/useful feedback for me, as I can communicate this as a customer concern to management since I do take things like this seriously and genuinely care.
Honestly, in my personal experience, I have seen the cost of *most* things go up in the last 4-6 months -- but from what I've seen, it's been across the board with all retailers, and I know our suppliers/vendors/distributors have increased their costs as well, hence any increases on our end. The margins for supplements and natural/organic groceries are pretty low -- far, far lower than things like clothes, etc., meaning we try to keep prices as reasonable as possible in comparison to the cost we're paying to the manufacturer/distributor. But, it is still a very valid concern when shopping (as it is for many of us -- myself included)!
If I do compare, for example, the item in this online order you most recently placed, I see we were cheaper than almost every other online retailer who sells it by ~$1-$5 -- including locally at the more popular Toronto organic grocery stores.
There may be an item you come across where the cost is higher by a few dollars with us compared to a competitor -- but it could just be that they're having a sale and got a better deal from the distributor, so they're offering a better deal on it as part of a temporary sale/monthly sale.

Good sales are offered, the products are always in stock, the orders are accurately filled, and the delivery is quick and easy because the package is put in a Canada Post box at my condo building. I love everything about Healthy Planet.

On that note, where exactly did you reach out to our customer service? -- I don't see any phone calls or emails from the email/phone number listed on your order.
