Online store customer service sucks, they are not helpful with online orders, in case you messed up your order they won't help much. In person experience is way better. I been their customer for 10 years, but online support i received, not satisfied at all.

Excellent Experience - A+!
My order was trackable, arrived when expected, was left where I specified it should be left. This was a totally stress-free experience, unlike some experiences I’ve had with other retailers.
