Great products and customer service.

I have always been able to trust the quality of the products and the delivery.

While I wish that there were more coordination between the online and physical store branches (eg., advising on their site that item X is only available online, or that one could order from the site and pick up at a store) I have always had positive and prompt delivery experiences using their Canada Post parcel delivery option.

On the one occasion when there was a delivery issue that was squarely Canada Post's "fault", Healthy Planet was responsive and proactive, and the issue was resolved.

Very timely shipping and consistently delivering packages intact and always well-packed with great care! Reasonably priced items with a wide variety of health products in one easy-to-navigate website. This is my go-to health food shop online:)
