I ordered 2kg of walnuts and put them…
I ordered 2kg of walnuts and put them in the cupboard in March - which seems to me to be reasonable.
I recently opened the pack to see that the Best Before date was May 2026. Their response to my query was badically tough - we put dates on the packets for transparency and it's too late to return.
BEWARE of this company's BBE dates and don't get caught.

Although the Best Before date was indeed on the packet, it was also displayed prominently on the product page on the website from where it was purchased. We're really sorry to hear you didn't see this. We include them there so customers are fully equipped to decide whether or not to make a purchase. Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Delivered rye flakes in torn packaging with risk of contamination. Have take over a week to collect , refused good will gesture, failed to open complaint and now stating 15 days to process the return. Do not use this useless company . Order number 1536344. The response of the retailer is very insulting. I was available for ALL collections and the £10 offer of good will required accepting the risk that another poorly packaged item in a box that was clearly too small would be delivered. The retailer had been slow to respond and given inconsistent updates. The response, trying to hide the errors, adds insult to injury. Do not use this retailer

Unacceptable packaging for glass jars
A parcel of glass containers, for fermented refrigerated goods, was delivered in a cold bag marked as fragile, within a box not marked as fragile! Obviously, no-one knowing the box contained glass containers would have thrown it around. When I opened the bag, the contents were everywhere, the smell was awful and I cut my hands getting out the other goods. Never again.

I'm very sorry to hear there was a breakage in your order and there was no Fragile sticker on the parcel, and that you cut your finger. This is definitely not the experience we want our customers to have. I have refunded you for what you told us was broken, and asked the warehouse manager to have a meeting with the packer about this.
