HOPELESS!!
Like some of the other negative reviewers of Healthy Supplies, I am having to resort to writing a negative review in the hope of getting a response from Healthy Supplies! I have contacted Healthy supplies multiple times through ALL of their different lines of communication, including the email address given for 'urgent' issues, and, other than automated acknowledgement e-mails, I have still not had any response that could help me sort out delivery of my order, which I placed on 18th October and which I have still not received!

Great customer service assistance
I had a problem with a delivery that hadn’t happened and got in touch with Customer Service. Dom (a member of the team) was incredibly helpful and had a replacement delivery organised in no time at all. This was delivered the following day. As it happens the “missing” one also turned up on the same day! Dom arranged for me to pay a reduced amount for the replacement - so I’m now happy. It was great customer service all round - so thank you Dom.

You contacted us to say the figs you purchased from us were absolutely delicious. You also said you didn't like the colour which you said was black. We asked for photographs showing what you had described, and you sent a photograph showing one fig, which looked like a completely normal dried fig, in a shade of light brown. To be diligent and thorough, we conducted a check on all our samples from the batch you told us about, and didn't discern any quality issues at all. These are premium organic Turkish figs, certified by The Soil Association, and we didn't receive any other complaints at all about them. I'm sorry they caused frustration, but we hope you are able to use them.

All In One Place.
I saw a recipe on You Tube for a smoothie.
The e mail I received that day came just in time,
all the items I needed I found on Healthysupplies website.
All were delivered quickly, so I had the best smoothie ever that morning.
One thing that did really surprise me, was the size of the bags! Huge! Very generous indeed.
I will go to Healthy Supplies again if I need anything to aid me in my quest for my planned healthy life.:))
