Product delivered ok. Maybe could have given me update on progress of delivery? Anyway, have started using g the product and waiting to see how it works.

The ordering and shipping went well. I received it within one week. I have used the product now for about one week and have not noticed any difference. Hoping that it will change with continuous use.

The communication from company to consumer is absolutely first grade. the product l have been using seems to be working its wonders, my knees are feeling better each day.

The packages were not damage and they came really fast.

Well, I just really like the oil. It absorbs great, and seems to work nicely, so far. I also like that is easily washes off my hands. Great company support, and they follow up with the customer.

maybe I haven't used it long enough, but I don't see a lot of different on my arms. I use it every day. I am 88 yrs old and I am sure that has a lot to do with it...I put it on arms , legs, neck keep trying it and hopeing.. thanks for checking on me. Dot

love the product. I feel my face has a nice glow, but what I really loved was receiving a follow up email from the founder of the company That showed me that it's not just about marketing and making money, but that the founder is passionate about the products and wants the buyers to truly be happy! Great customer service.

Because of the extra free balm sticks it was a very good value. I don't think I have been using it long enough to give you a fair opinion. My skin appears to accept the balm nicely but can't tell if the wrinkles are getting less just yet. I will keep using it following your instructions.

First of all you get this and it’s completely sealed up so I don’t know how you’re supposed to use it, but I poked a little hole in the top. And the product does not work…I see zero results. It states on their website if you’re not ENTIRELY happy with your product, return it to us within 14 days. I emailed them to return and they said I could not return it because I bought a bundle of three and if you open one of them, you cannot return it. So how are you supposed to know if you’re entirely satisfied with their product unless you actually use some of it? They know their product doesn’t work and that is why they put that very misleading statement on their website, but if you read the policy, it does say it has to be unused. Don’t get scammed like I did!!

Communication was great. Received within a week. No problems. Love the product.
