Very helpful and speedy with their work. It was always clear what I needed to do as the client and by when.

John Hill and the team at Healys, including Emily Hepden and Atiya Verhagen, acted as my solicitors during my house purchase and provided an excellent service. They were very thorough with the paperwork, gave clear advice when difficulties arose, and carefully checked all aspects of the house and land. They identified small issues early and resolved them efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

I used Healys for a property purchase, I cannot recommend them enough, I have bought and sold a few properties over the years and dealing with solicitors and conveyancers can become very frustrating, not with Healys, they were outstanding, very responsive to my (many) emails, professional but friendly I can’t praise them enough! Paul Barnes and Marianna Michaelides were excellent, I can highly recommend them.

I have used Healys for approximately 12 years and have always found the firm to be highly professional and hardworking. The various departments are consistently helpful, dedicated, and efficient. When purchasing property, I have used Tracey Cipolla, Amit Vadher, who is simply outstanding and, in my experience, the best at conveyancing. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Have a property 'surface water flooding' issue after recently buying a cottage. As ever, many causes and parties potentially... It's been really stressful dealing with it so unexpectedly - and trying to work out whats best - all through no fault of our own. I wrote to lots of solicitors trying to explore options but wasn't getting much clarity on where to go without a big bill first...SO, it was a big relief to find this company and Christopher Clue this morning. He very quickly got a grasp on the situation, was great to deal with, friendly and helpful, and gave me some good pointers (even if most of it didn't involve bringing the business to them) ...which was REALLY really appreciated and a huge credit to the company. Thank you Christopher and Healys.

I have no hesitation in recommending Alfie Mepsted at Healys as a property lawyer. He advised my husband and me on our first home purchase, and was wonderful throughout. He was always responsive, helpful, knew the law, and never made us feel dumb. In short: brilliant! If we ever need a property lawyer we will come straight back to him.

I've now used Healy's for two property sales, a purchase and a lease extension. The last was the most complicated but they explained each stage clearly, introduced me to an efficient valuer and managed the transaction smoothly.
Buying and selling property is always a bit of a nightmare but having a reliable solicitor makes it all a lot more manageable. Healy's have got my various transactions over the line and their fees seem reasonable for the amount of work involved. My only reservation is that they don't provide a personal service in the way anyone who has had a family solicitor would be used to - but if you don't have one of those, Healy's is a good option.

I was introduced to Healys Solicitors by a friend of mine and dealt with Kiri and Alfie. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which they worked, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Both were extremely helpful, professional, and responsive throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
