eBay refunded in full after poor handling and communication from seller
Item was returned in the same condition it was received, securely packaged via Royal Mail Tracked 48. The seller issued a 50% refund without prior communication, citing damage and providing a photo of a torn box lid. There was no evidence I was responsible, as damage likely occurred during transit or opening. I submitted evidence; eBay reviewed the case and issued a full refund. Seller’s handling was unprofessional and unfair. Not recommended.
