This is our third Land and Construction investment and our first with Ankur and Heaps Good Homes! And it has been the best thus far! Ankur has been fantastic in helping us secure land that has already increased in value by at least 20%, as well as assisting with financing the project. He has kept us informed all the way and kept us focussed when it seemed our finance hit a few bumps in the road. Our previous investment builds were somewhat stressful in that construction times took over a year. In the case of our 2nd investment they took almost 18 months from start to finishing just prior to Christmas and shutdown for the break, meaning we had to wait another 3 weeks before being given the keys so could start leasing the property. This meant more mortgage paymenys going out with no income from the property. Comparing that to our current project with Ankur where we are on track to completion in around 8 months! What a difference! We get to lease the property sooner meaning we will have less mortgage repayments, in comparison, 10 months less to our previous project! Thanks Heaps Ankur!

Our house was first to built in the whole estate. Initially it felt weird being surrounded by the under construction houses but the money we saved on interest cost is HUGE.

Our neighbours are building with one of the volume builders and it took them 18 months. Glad we didn’t go with them.

Building a Dual Occupancy Home in Perth (Alkimos Beach). The team has been exceptionally good from day 1. I bothered them 800 times already, and yet every single time they would answer my query with smile. All I did was just sign papers, and everything else has been taken care of and I receive regular updates on my build progress. High recommended the Heaps Good Team for your next build project.

They are heaps good!! I wasn’t sure of mistakes I could make building a home, wasn’t sure how to assess a builder and so not sure if building a home is safe in such rough times.

The heaps good team helped me understand the key things to look out for before choosing a builder, they helped me get credit reports and court actions summary for the builders we considered for our dream home. And the crazy large database of land estates they had access to was amazing.
