Hearing aid performance is very good but would never buy again nor recomend due to reliability and retailer issues. One hearing aid has failed three times and failed again after each repair attempt. Retailer uses these warranty repairs as revenue enhancement opportunity and charges $65 reprogramming fee each time. Not normal warrany procedure. So beware

During my two appointments with Abigail Senff via Zoom, I was very pleased with her professionalism, her knowledge level, her desire to assist me, and her ability to get to the source of a problem and to work out the best solution.
She was so skillful during my first appointment with her (April 2), that when I found it necessary to reschedule my second appointment, I specifically requested that my new appointment be with her. I waited while the telephone representative did the work needed to find an appointment time (April 21) when I could be assured that Abi would be assisting me during that appointment.

At first I found it confusing to do everything online, it personal help via their tablet setup made the setup easy. Follow up weekly online meetings over 45 day trial made it easier to adjust environments to improve my hearing experiences. Tech help via phone was clear, patient, courteous & easy. First impression great. After first visit, requested mini hearing aids that could be charged. My request was promptly added. I’m satisfied with fit. Getting used to hearing noises that are magnified. Take them out when I hear shrieking children. Can’t modify loud background sounds. Hear the croaking frogs in nearby pond. 😊

I got my hearing aids through Hear.com and Hello Hearing 3 years ago. I recently upgraded my hearing aids and what a difference that has made. We have red breasted finches around our place and hearing them again is a pleasant part of life I have been missing out on. I don't ask people to repeat themselves frequently, My hearing aids are a part of life for me from 5 am until I go to bed around 10 pm. It's a pleasure being able to hear everything again and I don't ask people to repeat themselves, and I don't miss out on a lot of conversations with my wife. My hearing aids has improved my quality of life and I wouldn't go a day without them. They are a huge part of me and I enjoy what they give me every day.

I was impressed by the smoothness of the process. After speaking with John Joldersman and agreeing the a risk free trial I received a package that included a tablet along with the necessary equipent to facilitate online video, hearing test equipment and a set of hearing aids. It was neatly packaged easy to use and the set up and testing session went very well. In a relatively short time the testing was completed, hearing devices were set up and instructions for use was completed. A follow up meeting was held a few adjustments were made to resolve the minor issues that I reported and I have been using them ever since. John has also followed up with phone calls during the 45 day trial period.
I am very happy with the devices and the results provided a better day to day experience than my previous devices and the ability to change settings based on circumstances is far superior to what I had.
I am easily able to supress much of the noise around me and focus on the source of what I am involved in from noisy circumstances, like a restaurant, to watching TV or just wanting to have peace and quiet and still be able to respond if necessary.
I have had several questions along the way and got quick and helpful responses to those questions.
I have had no problems with the devices in the first two months.

Knowlegable and efficient representatives, excellent product, wonderful follow through and support, easy setup and delivery of product, thorough live setup instructions and starting help. This company did an excellent job. I had gone to an actual testing office first for evaluation, then to hear.com. I felt hear.com gave me better information and worked with me more than the in-office visit did. Don't be afraid of the on-line experience. Their service and communication was better than the in-office. I am extremely happy that I decided on hear.com for my hearing needs!

The entire process was low key, no hard sell and the representative assigned to assist me (Javon) was very polite, professional, and thorough throughout the process of providing information. Messages and calls kept me updated and reminded me of my all important appointment to consult and have my hearing tested. The testing facility was also low key and thorough. No hard sell as the testing confirmed that my hearing, was more than acceptable. They also arranged for the return of the unopened package that I had received in the mail. GREAT service all around.
