Andrew was very patient with my elderly mother and found a hearing solution that was way better than her NHS devices. Most importantly, he stressed that the aftercare is part of the purchase. We have made repeated visits to ensure optimum fit and usage. Hearing aids are not like spectacles; they need adjustments after initial use. Andrew never makes us feel as if we are fussy or difficult. Highly recommended.

Adam, the audiologist, was prompt in responding to my request for an appointment for an audiogram. After the agreed appointment at my home I instructed him to proceed with the supply of a ITE hearing bud. At no time was there any pressure to purchase. The delivery of the aid was prompt and duly delivered with help to install the 'on phone' apt and adjustment to suit my specific hearing loss. Good service all round.

Andrew is a very well-informed audiologist, who not only understands the benefits offered by today's technologically complex hearing devices, but also explains them to clients whose technical competence is minimal. (That's certainly true in my case.) He is also readily available for follow-up installation and operation fine-tuning, which is often necessary. None of this was true of the previous firm I contacted in search of hearing aids. My only quibble is that purchases must be made by cash bank transfers, which can be a problem for those who don't have UK bank accounts.

Gave me a second option on a hearing aid fitted by someone else that I wasn't happy with. Was able to return this with in the trial period and then Andrew helped to find me a better solution.

I took my Dad to get him a hearing test with Andrew Haine at Hearing Choice in Richmond. Andrew was on time so we didn't need to wait, he took wonderful care of my Dad, and answered as many questions as my Dad and I had, we never felt hurried. Andrew was sympathetic, caring and understanding. He helped us to visually understand my Dad's hearing loss by sharing a graph of the results, clearly explained our options for a hearing aid and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Our visit was a really positive experience and we will return for my Dad to get some excess wax removed too. Andrew does home visits which are so helpful, he's also very responsive by phone and email. I 110% recommend Andrew Haine at Hearing Choice - look no further he is the expert!

Unfortunately Mr Haine had to come three before he got the right hearing aid. I have sent him an email asking if I coiuld buy spare domes and anchor but he has not replied

My mother has complex hearing problems.I was looking for an independent audiologist,as I feel they give a more personalised service compared to chain store audiologists.We have found these qualities in Andrew.He is friendly extremely knowledgeable and has offered different options going forward.He has made my mother feel positive after each consultation.So pleased we found him the service he provides is of a very high standard.Would not hesitate to recommend him.
