I have been dealing with Hearing Now and its audiologist Mr. Koorosh Nejad, in selection and fitting of my next hearing aids, as long term user and with experience of more than 30 years, using Widex, Oticon, Phonak and Starkey brands. Mr. Nejad was extremely helpful throughout the process of selecting, fitting, testing and after sale support, that has surpassed all my expectations and experiences so far. I can't be more pleased with the services and advices he has provided to me, and I whole-heartedly recommend Mr. Koorosh Nejad and Hearing Now, for everyone like me, that have to use hearing aids to better comunicate with the world around us and live more enjoyable and integrated life.

Would highly recommend
I contacted HearingNow on behalf of my neighbour who is 102 this year and has never had hearing aids before.
Koorosh has made several home visits to assist with ear wax
removal and also guide us on the best hearing aids. Even when the first ones were not suitable he came back to discuss alternatives and we now have a very happy lady who doesn't need us to shout anymore.
Koorosh is kind, helpful and always available to assist and has a wonderful gentle manner that is often lacking these days. He updates regularly and nothing is too much trouble in getting the best solution for the customer.
I would highly recommend HearingNow to anyone who requires or would like to discuss hearing assistance.

Fantastic service
Came across the clinic when looking to see if it was possible to have my elderly mother’s Phonak hearing aids reprogrammed. Travelling to have this done is no longer an option for her.
Was delighted to see that this was indeed an option. From the first contact, it has been a fantastic experience. Karoosh kept us informed every step of the way. One of the hearing aids needed repair and this was done promptly and at no extra charge.
My mother has her aids back retuned, they’re working beautifully and she’s delighted. She can hear properly again with the hearing aids she is happiest with.
I will be recommending Karoosh to friends with hearing aids that may need this service. Really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Excellent, first class service as always. I experience particular problems with hardened wax buildup which is dealt with expertly by Hearing Now. Micro-suction was undertaken over two sessions at no extra cost, to ensure all the wax was removed and to prevent any trauma to the ear. I wouldn’t trust my ear care to anyone else

Brilliant service.
I was pointed in the direction of HearingNow by my GP. Managed to get an appointment quickly. Nejad was excellent. Put me at ease, and having cleaned both ears out was also quick to spot the need to refer me back to my GP for ABs and an urgent referral to see an ENT consultant. The ENT consultant also said that Nejad had spotted a problem at an early stage and deserved recognition for that. Great service, knowledgeable and I’ll definitely go back and recommend to others. Five star.
