Managed to get an appointment on the same day. The wax removal procedure was performed with care and I left with my hearing back to normal. I would recommend Hearing Well if you have wax buildup.

I have known Deepak for 8 years & I can honestly say he is one of the most kind caring people I have ever met in my long life, nothing is too much trouble for him.
I now have my new hearing aids & I am very pleased with them.

Deepak has been managing my hearing devices now for several years. His services are exemplary, professional kind and he is always willing to go the extra mile. Just recently, the evening before we were due to go on an extended trip to Africa, one of the speakers in my hearing aids broke. I immediately emailed Deepak and explained the situation. The next morning, he had sourced an alternative temporary speaker, and I was able to go on my trip hearing all. It was an example of the fantastic, kind and professional services that Hearing Well provide.

Nice staff but, they charged me the full 2 ear wax removal price (85£) when there's wasn't any wax to remove, just a few dead skin on the left side which took 1 min to clean. It was just a 15 min appointment and one of the most expensive ones I ever had in UK. There are other options nearby so think twice.
