I only dealt with two people
I only dealt with two people, one met me and introduced me to the audiologist who conducted a normal hearing test.
Both were very pleasant and efficient.
If they can do what they claim i.e. get me a hearing aid that is effective then that would be much appreciated.

Need hearing aids
Everything is going well so far. Have lost hearing in both ears and am waiting for hearing aids. I worked in a sawmill for 23 yrs. Very high pitched noise has ruined my hearing. We will see what happens next.

I started the process of making a claim…
I started the process of making a claim for hearing loss due to 40 years in the trades . They are very responsive and professional. So far I have had a very complete hearing loss test and claim has been submitted . They are certainly doing the best that can be done .

Lack of communication letting people…
Lack of communication letting people know it is workers comp, and hesitation when questions are asked. How can you promise a cash payout when its work comp!! I say fraud!!!
